He put 2lbs in my tank and charged me 19$, the price for filling a completely emptied tank. bottom line, I paid $19 for 1 lb of propane, which is ridiculous. Needless to say they lost me as a customer, be very careful when dealing with this company! There are many others out there that can provide you with propane. these guys are theives, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I like the idea of supporting small businesses. I tried with this ace hardware, but it didn't work…read moreout. I needed two keys cut. I had the blanks and I simply needed them cut. No programming, nothing. I was told it would cost $50 to cut two keys. When I questioned why they said that's just what the owner told them to charge. If it was a reasonable $5 per key I would've had them do it. Everyone needs to get paid for what they do. I would even have paid $10 per key to save me a trip elsewhere. But $50 is insane. I went to one of the big box stores thar I tried to avoid in the first place, and they were nice enough to cut both keys for me for free. Maybe it's the small retailers that are putting themselves out of business and not the big box stores doing it to them. Oh well. I tried to support small business.

Reporting this company to federal trade commission for Fraud. Got a bill that included late…read morecharges. Never received the initial bill which they claim was left on the door. We were outside working in the yard and suburban truck did not come. I checked the ring camera and no one approached our door and to leave the bill. Called the local number. Lady was very rude and would not shut up to listen to the issue and then she hung up on us. Not only did they try to scam a late charge but also a transportation fee when they did not sho up. I wish I could get rid of this company. I have not used any propane in about 20 years . However the scam is they will charge you to remove the tank 1000. drain off the gas and you dont get any credit for the gas and they leave a hole which you need to get filled in.
