We requested they really dig deep to see what they could find wrong with the house. Not only did they not identify many issues with the house but they said it was is good shape. They were to inspect roof, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc. They mentioned the gutters might need to be cleaned but not a single issue with the roof. The roof wasn't in good shape and on the first rain, one of the bedrooms flooded. (see pictures below) Overall, we were told the house was in decent shape. NOT TRUE AT ALL!! Some appliances weren't working, the electrical was so bad we were afraid of a house fire, HVAC not working properly, drain issue, toilets not working, the list goes on and on. So many issues are wrong with the house and we have spent thousands of dollars trying to make the house livable. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company.
