Even when he is busy, he always makes time to get any of my electronics working perfectly. I have 6 TVs, all with cable boxes, 4 sound systems, and I am retired, spending quite a bit of time with them all. He is patient, listens to what I need, which usually includes extras, like speakers, including bass, woofer speakers with all. On the patio TV and sound system you would think you were at the stadium! You will never find more professional, accommodating, patient, polite people to work with! If I can't reach Chris immediately, who I always work with, I can leave a message and he contacts me promptly. I will not deal with any service that does not offer a phone number to call, where it seems like so many companies don't want you to call, just to E-mail, and you would usually be lucky if the company even answers, or follows up with you. Thank you, Chris, and Coastal Wiring Solutions, to treat their customers like the way businesses should treat their customers!!
