I called Jesse with a last minute request for help hanging a plasma and hooking up to surround sound equipment. We were having a party and needed the work done last minute. He responded right away and showed up at 7pm on Friday night to get the job done. When he arrived we realized that I didn't have all the parts he needed to hang the TV and he was nice enough to drive over to BestBuy to get the parts needed to complete the job. When he realized that our house was rented he went out of his way to make sure the hanging process did minimal damage to walls. He was quick and his work was clean and efficient. Bottom line: Jesse clearly cares about his craft and is a good guy who knows how to treat people right. My friends who were there at the time all realized this and asked for his info. Since I am renting, we decided that it wasn't worth it and he assured me that he would be able to make it look nice and clean with the cover over the wires. He did and it does. Very happy with Jesse's work. We just purchased two new plasma tvs and wanted them both wall mounted, one going over our fireplace. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for some wall mounts that were back ordered from best buy, I decided to call Jesse. We set the appointment, he showed up on time and did a very nice job. I have hired Jesse twice now. He has installed 5 TV's in my home. I recently upgraded the bedroom TV and took the old TV out to my garage. Best part is--he is a problem solver. I can go away and do other things and he solves any problems that arise with running cables and making the wall mounts look perfect. On this last visit--I was watching the sharks while he was removing the old TV and mounting a new mount and TV when he noticed my cables where too short (my fault). Jesse did a fantastic job installing our 50 in. plasma on the wall with an articulating mount. The mount was toward the corner of our family room and somewhat high on the wall but in the end it looks awesome. Jesse placed it so that we could have flexibility moving the tv around, whether flush to the wall or more in the corner of the room. He came to our office punctually, actually 5 minutes before scheduled time. He knows exactly how to mount our 60'' TV to our conference room. Jesse installed my LCD TV and soundbar on my new home. I provided the mount and the soundbar brackets and he did a great. job. His communication was excellent and he arrived early (that never happens!).. he estimated 2 hours but was actually done in about 1.5 hours. He worked with me and asked me how I'd like it done, what height I wanted it at etc. He also made great suggestions in what cables I should have installed behind the wall so that I wouldnt need to do the work again later (he put in an ethernet cable and a 2nd HDMI cable, even though I didn't need them now...). He made several adjustments to the soundbar bracket so that everything looked just right. Afterwards he even brought his dustpan to sweep up the debris! I waited a few days to post this because I wanted to make sure the TV didn't fall off the wall (it didn't).... I highly recommend Jesse if you want a friendly, courteous, and most of all competent person who will do the job right the first time. read more
