He was helpful and responsive via text message - we discussed my tv mounting situation, he gave me all the details of the quote, and we were able to schedule an appointment for within the following few days. He had TV mounts available for purchase at a great price which was very convenient. He also recommended a sound bar mount that connects to the TV mount so it doesn't need its own holes in the wall - such a great rec! I was able to purchase it on Amazon (only $25) and it arrived quickly so Ray was able to install it when he came to do the TV mount. When he arrived, he wore a mask and booties over his shoes. He mounted my 65-inch tv with ease along with the sound bar. I purchased a full motion mount from him and love it! He expert placed the tv between two wall lights (perfectly spaced horizontally and vertically) . He also taped and covered the fireplace below so that he didn't leave debris as he drilled holes into the tile. And then he swept up the dust after - incredible service! I bought a swivel mount for our TV to go over the (non-operating) fireplace. The house was built in the 1940s, and I was a naive DIYer.
