One of the best differentiators for them is that they do not use safety pins or staples in your clothes! I dislike cleaners that put unnecessary pins/staples into clothes (some have even resulted in small holes) so I appreciate that they use a paper attachment method to clothing labels. They're in an easy to access location with a drive through. Pricing is competitive and the owner is always friendly and helpful!

I decided to start with Professional Cleaners! VOILA I can gladly still say that Professional Cleaners is the best cleaners I've been to. Service is quick, professional and you will always be greeted with a smile. They never screw up my work clothes, and I know that I'm leaving my clothes in good hands here. Maybe not the cheapest, but pretty close. I love coming here because I always see the same lady working here and she is so nice and happy. Not only that, but she goes above and beyond for her customers. They have next day service (if you ask) which is really nice and a drive up window. I'm happy to say this is my go-to cleaners, and I have a feeling that if you swing by you'll be saying the same thing.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to run over to Duke's on a Saturday afternoon. 1st impression was great. Place looked and smelled clean. There was a fantastic lady who waited on me. Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. Paid it and was on my way in about 15min. Crazy fast and efficient. I returned Sunday to pick up my clothes and there they were waiting on me, washed...folded...in bag with my name on it. I noticed when I dropped off a bedspread (that they have drycleaned multiple times over the years) that there was a new girl. There is a language barrier there and I actually left the drive-thru and parked and went inside to make sure I said 'dry cleaned" not washed. It was always the process in the past that the spread was 'sent out' and based on what day of the week I left it, it would take at the least a week to get it back, as the outside provider only came one day a week to deliver or p/u. Well I was told 3 days. (first red flag) Upon picking it up I did notice that it smelled quite nice (dry cleaned items have no fragrance) (Second red flag) and returning home I opened it and it has been washed and the lining had shrunk away from the fabric and the filling was lumpy. They had washed and dried the spread. Tag on it says Dryclean Only. I returned the next day and the gentlemen inside said it had been washed but they could fix it. Just picked it up and it is even worse. A total loss. Our guest bedroom is decorated around this spread -- pillows, curtains, pictures, paint. I explained this to the man with pictures of the bedroom, and he offered me $150 for the damages. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I had been using them since 1991. In the back you can see a 'village' of people working and he did tell me they do not outsource anything anymore. Until the new owners learn the 'art' of drycleaning I would avoid using them.

The recent owners are HORRIBLE and rude! His teenage kids are sweet and will one day be great business owners if they continue to be themselves and not turn out to be like their father. Lol. I read a different review talking about the horrible guy with the beard, that's him! He does not honor the mistakes made in his establishment. As long time weekly customers that has never complained, you would think he would try to correct an error in his work. Well just the opposite. We will miss them because majority of the work is good but when those 1 or 2 pieces get damaged, this guy does not take responsibility. By the way the ladies in the back are amazingly sweet (they've been there since the last owner). It's just the bearded owner that's a horrible business man!

The lady you may speak on the phone is not the person at the location though. Don't forget to ask how soon the clothes can be done. I dropped mine on a Saturday and it was ready the following Monday after 12. When I arrived, the lady attendant was very helpful and nice. The entire place was really clean and not dingy. The wash/dry/fold service including the soap and softener is .99 per pound. I don't have anything to compare to but that seems fine to me. Hopefully upon pick up today, all goes well and nothing is wrong with my clothing.

Haha She was not even a customer the day I was there yet she was blocking the drive they in order to get to her dance class! And even if she has any truth to her comment. Maybe she should try contacting the credit card company instead of blaming the owners because if it is not showing on their end, there's no way to give back the money. Also, as far as the confrontation that happened it was not because of this situation but because you blocked the businesses drive thru which affects their business and customers. I was there when you blocked the drive thru and the owner himself said he has repeatedly asked you not to block the drive thru.
