It's been approximately a year now that I've been working them with Chris Pagel as my Point of Contact. Chris has been stellar in executing my jobs. He carries with him 20+ yrs of experience in the industry, he's very thorough and produces quotes for me within 24 hrs sometimes the same day of assessments. He goes above and beyond to insure quality installs and repairs. Dorglass is a stellar company for Commercial/Residential Glass and Door service. I highly recommend them. The door also did not seal properly with the bottom of the shower and leaked excessively. Sadly, the shower curtain we used from the dollar store in the interim worked better than the substandard work of Jay from Ryan and Gordy's. Over the past six months, we received two promises that the necessary parts were on order, one visit that resulted in a commitment to order more parts, and two no-call no, no-show appointments. We found these guys through our contractor, and we foolishly paid them before they completed the repairs, believing they would stand by the work. They did not. Although their scores are reasonably high overall, please read the reviews carefully as they have many weak scores, most of which revolve around shower door installation. I suspect Jay's brand of substandard effort is commonplace at this company. I cannot caution people enough to avoid these guys--they simply provide terrible service.

They worked with us to keep it the same size, which was important to us, and make it much more attractive, energy efficient and useable (we can open the double hung windows on the sides now!) The process was very smooth and professional, our salesperson Dave did a great job of explaining the product and process. The window itself is high quality and beautiful. We also appreciate that it is locally made and that Mon-Ray is a local independent business. The installation was very smooth and done in a day. The inside and outside of the house look wonderful- no indication that any work was done, except of course the window itself. We were very impressed with the follow up-- checking in and coming out to check on things within a day or two. They were committed to making sure we were happy with the window and their service. We would definitely recommend Mon-Ray and use them again.

Also told them of the wall outlet that doesn't work and the person I talked to said he would look at it while he was here. Well, another worker showed up, didn't know anything about the outlet and it took 4 hours to replace the tile. I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.
