Also told them of the wall outlet that doesn't work and the person I talked to said he would look at it while he was here. Well, another worker showed up, didn't know anything about the outlet and it took 4 hours to replace the tile. I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Our chose a custom remodel for our 1920's Minneapolis bungalow and our input on every detail was taken seriously and incorporated. The complete remodel includes: walk-in tiled shower with a window (yea!), a non-skid shower pan, and grab bars, new custom cabinets, new toilet, sink and heated tile floor. It's functional and beautiful. The subcontractors chosen by Guaman construction (plumber, painter, electrician, cabinet-maker) were of similar excellent quality. I asked this remodeler over for a project: redo two small bathrooms (6ft by 9 ft each) a 4ft by…read more3ft dormer extension, do some work on a 3 Season porch to make it warmer (new windows and a mini split), and to rob some space from another bedroom to make into a closet. I was told in the initial meeting it's a $400k-$500k project. How? This makes abdolutely no sense. I was told the dormer (4ft by 3 ft) with the 2 bathroom redo's was $250k. Two 6ft by 9 ft bathrooms. Then the mini split (5 heads) and closet and 7 new doors and paint and other work would be another $150k plus. How? There is pricing for a margin and being greedy. This is just greedy. Hard pass and they should be embarrassed.

Hired Four Seasons Handymen to do a tile job around the shower windows in my duplex. Jamie was…read moretransparent that the tile work would need to have a some framing done which I was okay with considering the condition with the current framing. It was my understanding that the framing for both units was included in the original quote, but I was charged another $300 for the downstairs frame repair. I understand tile work tends to be a bit messy but due to the cold weather they decided to use their tile saw inside the home which created a ginormous mess in both apartments. We had to spend about 2 hours per apartment cleaning silica dust off of everything within a 10 foot radius of the bathrooms. They also left a giant mess in the bathrooms themselves. Besides the mess they made and the extra payment I was charged. I have to give Four Seasons handymen a 3-star review for timeliness. I know the weather doesn't always permit in Minnesota but they were 1-3 hours late every single day they were supposed to come out.
