He stated some are better than the others for durability like Nucore & Durolux and still need to see the different ones that are offered . The one I was choosing was less expensive and happened to match better but when I tried the sample at home it did scratch easily with a flathead(I did as an experiment) as he had previously mentioned. He said not to drag furniture or anything that may scratch it. He said I needed a blue bottom cover for the floor underneath but u are if I actually need it . I decided to head back the next day and exchange the one I had with the one that was more durable to last longer since it would not be warrantied if any scratches were to occur. I also purchased a tool to install it if needed . I wanted to purchase and match a marble piece that I already have in the area going into the other rooms. He took me to the area and we picked a piece out. Additionally, I had the transition piece to match. He loaded the car for me. When I returned the next day it was busier. Another guy assisted me but was told to go to another customer and someone else helped me. He took the ones I purchased out of the car but there was a bit of a delay at the registers when I returned because customers were also returning and purchasing. I will more than likely have someone install it even though I do like to learn DIY .

This was nice. We had a couple of questions about different types of tile. High polish vs Matte. He answered our questions but then at the end said he wasn't 100% sure so we asked another person who gave us a completely different answer. Needless to say we left confused and have to do more research.

The door is locked so I call the store just in case. The gentleman who answers states that he just left but inquires what I'm looking for. After I tell him, he states "we don't do bathroom's nor do they have toilets, they only do cabinets". The name of the company is Bathroom world. The advertising outside the store says Kitchens & Baths. They've been around for 40 years. I get it, the business model may have changed. Can't they change the name so they're not wasting other people's time?!

Everything that I ordered, and I mean everything..I received...was wrong! He called & switched to tile on me because apparently they were out of stock. Then they delivered both vanities which I didn't order, then he asked me if I wouldn't mind substituting another bathroom shower faucet because the one I ordered was out of stock too. This was nothing but a complete headache! And when I called to let him his response was "just chill".."breathe. Honestly, I'm not one to hurt someone's business, but when I order something I expect to get the same thing that I ordered! I won't tell you not to shop there because he has great things in his showroom and he really gave me some awesome decorating tips too, but triple check your order... I mean open every single box even if the driver has to stay there and check your order! Sadly, what was supposed to be an exciting upgrade for me...was extremely disappointing in the end. Sorry.

Luckily for me they were having a floor sample sale so I purchased a LED Mirror and a vanity. Unable to get it the same day, I was told to pick up two days later. When we arrived for pickup all was boxed and ready to go. When the vendor came over and unboxed both (on camera), the mirror was chipped in the bottom corner. I took it back to the store, receipt in hand to exchange (another of the same was still on the floor). I was told that I would not be granted an exchange and my only option was to purchase the same mirror at full price (not half off like the other). With that being a poor economic option, I requested a refund and was also told that was not an option. However, as a favor, I could get store credit (there was no comparable LED mirrors in that price point). I asked to speak to Manager/owner but was told that is the best offer. I am in the service industry and truly believe they could have simply sold me the same mirror off the floor (which was now a floor model). They had no way of proving to me that they did not break it. Now I am left with almost $400 that cannot be used at another location (I was told), and why would I want to do business with such a company after this ordeal? I would have given no stars, the two stars are for the vanity - she is a beauty!

I LOVE my new sink and built in fridge, makes a huge difference in our kitchen. Bought a Thermador fridge with freezer below. Was worried about storage since we were going smaller, cubic feet wise. I had to explain what kind of business this was for etc. I specifically asked if I could now pay for expedited shipping as my order was delayed. No response. Did not receive my order on time. Well, I am a believer. I contacted About Kitchen and Bath on September 30th for quartz for my kitchen. Nelson came out the same day and provided an estimate. On October 1st I went to the store and selected my slab. I then notified Nelson about my selection. Now the amazing part. Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished. They did amazing and clean work. Don't think you could possibly go wrong with using this company. Icing on the cake - his price was lower than my other two estimates. Thank you Nelson and team

Warranty follow up was blamed on the cabinet maker and not covered by their warranty. But all of the items covered by "their" warranty was not covered or completed to the best of their of ability.
