This hotel has hot food the entire time and never ran out. This place had families that had been stranded there due to Southwest Airlines cancelling all of the flights this week. The hotel gave them breakfast to go because of the situation. They were leaving before breakfast started. The pool has a water slide and the hot tub was actually hot! It was so wonderful! We were texted prior to arriving and after we left thanking us for our business. I felt that all hotels should be this amazing.

Unless you count knowing way too much about the habits of the people in the room above us. It sounded like someone was walking and dropping things nonstop. It made it hard to relax or sleep, which was disappointing given that's what we paid to do here. Even after complaining and being told the guests had checked out, they placed someone in that room our last night, despite not being fully booked. Our room also lacked basic functionality--there wasn't a single hook for wet towels, which was an issue with three women sharing the space and is a pretty big miss when I'm paying over $450/night. Staff mentioned they'd heard this complaint before, but clearly hadn't made it a priority to fix. All in all, Wonderstone has potential--it's stylish, cozy, and close to adventure. But for the exorbitant cost, I expected a quieter, more functional experience.

I found it on Priceline, but called the hotel, and they gave me the same deal but so much more. I spoke with Max when I got to the hotel he was ready for me. Got me in a room help me with parking and even try to help with my EV. He was great but not the only from the van driver to the whole staff everybody here really friendly makes extra effort. The rooms are OK. It's a ski lodge. Nothing special but the people location no doubt I'm definitely coming back. I will say the lobby is inviting always a fire going comfy chairs and get Internet.

Parking is free in their lot. The second and third floor rooms have all been renovated with new bed, bathroom upgrades, and non-carpet flooring. The first floor, which technically is a semi basement floor, is still undergoing construction. Basically expect to use stairs for any level room you are on. No elevators.
