Kitchen with full size refrigerator and freezer
    Lydia A.

This was our first stay at this hotel brand. We stayed for only one night and found it to be very comfortable and a good value for the price. The room had a sofa bed which is great for watching tv or reading. I don't know how comfortable the sofa bed is as we did not use the bed part of it. The tv offers some free channels with shows and movies and also supports streaming of Netflix and other channels. The king bed was very comfortable, my back did not feel stiff when I woke up in the morning. The full -size fridge and kitchen are very nice and there's also a dishwasher. There is a microwave and no stove or hotplate. The shower was easy to get into and had large pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles attached to the wall. I would suggest adding a non slip mat to the shower floor. The room had dual a/c thermostats one for each side of the room. The breakfast was abundant with fresh waffle makers, scrambled or disc eggs, bacon, breads and bagels, fresh fruit, on tap juices, coffee bar, fresh oatmeal and cereal with yogurt. It's is all you can eat and you can also take it up to your room. We used the gym right after breakfast. We had no problem having to wait to use any of the machines. They included free weights ( dumbbells from 5-75lbs.), two bikes, 3 treadmills, band weights, medicine balls and a few others. There's also a tv in the gym to watch while you work out. Within the gym, there is a laundry room with coin laundry for $3.50 a load. So you can actually do your laundry while you use the gym. The parking at this location is free and ample. We found it very convenient as they have 3 Tesla chargers that are free for guests. They are not superchargers, they are the slow chargers. We were able to park the car and charge it overnight at no additional cost which saved us about $10-$15. The staff were friendly and attentive. We called to ask for an additional blanket and a pillowcase and we're asked to go to the front desk to pick them up. I guess they didn't have enough staff to bring it to our room. The only extra bedding in the room was a pillow with no pillowcase. This was odd as there's a sofa bed in the room. I suggest to add a couple of throw pillows and a throw/ blanket for the couch to make it more comfortable to watch tv or read. This was a positive experience for us and we plan to stay at this brand of hotel again.

This location is extremely convenient in the fact that it is just off of Interstate 95 and is close to the outlets and not far from the tourist part of Saint Augustine, Florida. I was here for business in Jacksonville and prefer to stay in Saint Augustine simply because I enjoy the Ancient City. The staff here was friendly, helpful, and professional and helped make my overall stay definitely a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel.

This turned out to be an unexpected but beautiful stay in St Augustine. Our original hotel of choice was overbooked as it seems to be one of their high seasons. This location accommodated us on short notice. The staff members were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered the perfect size with amenities like a refrigerator and kitchenette for a small family. I was worried when I found out that this was a pet friendly establishment however you could hardly tell aside from the fact that a few people were walking around with their pets. I was worried that we'd have to try and find somewhere else to stay, thinking that the room would have the smell of pet hair? But their cleaning staff was very efficient. They also have quite the extensive breakfast which is included in your stay. Waffle, pastry, egg, breakfast sandwich, cereal, and juice station We enjoyed our visit and recommend them.

Nice Grills to BBQ on. Front desk has the utensils needed. Good times and friendly staff.

Nice big, clean rooms. Easy to get to off the highway. Friendly staff and available when assistance is needed. Breakfast is available in self serve make your waffle, bagels, breads, and cereals. I've had nothing but good stays in this and other Home 2 Suites. No, im not a bot or paid spokemans.. Just a friendly traveler. T

This is a cup of coffee I made this morning. Expired creamer.

Asked for a room with a king sized bed. Got charged almost $200 which we thought was extreme, but we were tired after traveling all day. Get to the room and it is a full suite. Complete with a full refrigerator and dishwasher. We did not ask for a suite nor were we told it was a suite. No Tissues (box was empty), not a huge issue. But at this price, I would expect to at least get some sleep. Nope. The bed was rock hard and felt like springs were hitting our hips. I stayed at one if these hotels in williamsville ny. It was a horrendous experience there. I pulled the covers down and the bed was not made. Hairs on the sheets. And when I tried to pull the fitted sheet up to make the bed, my fingers got stuck on something yellow. I could go on, but you get the jist.

Horrible Hilton. Dirty. Poor customer service, the woman manager gave me an attitude. I won't stay here again.

Unfortunately the balcony rooms on the Bayfront were unavailable, so we booked a corner balcony room overlooking the historic district buildings and iconic streets filled with boutique stores. We were on the second floor overlooking Charlotte Street/Treasury Street. We could hear the live music from the Saints restaurant next door at night. Very little car noise at night. Public street parking maybe hard to find during busy times such as July 4th weekend and the lots were slightly expensive. Luckily most restaurant and local attractions were walkable so we left our car in the hotels, where the valet was also expensive but convenient. You can also buy a ticket to the Hop off and Hop on trolley right at the Hilton front desk, which takes you to the different tourist attractions that was slightly farther away. For July 4th, the hotel had a BBQ in front of the hotel. It was nicely done. The staff went above and beyond to make the event enjoyable for the guests. Tents were set up for outdoor seating, to eat grilled food, drink and listen to music. At night, you can see the fireworks right outside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit St. Augustine again.

And we had one of the most delicious hotel breakfasts I have ever had..well prepared and fresh. The room rate is insane in June; one night with valet was close to $500. But it's a great location and property. It's wonderfully decorated during the holidays, too. But listen, it's an awkward layout (like much of St Augustine) and now that I travel with an elderly parent, I tend to notice these things. There are ADA rooms but this property consists of different buildings, walk ways, elevators, and hallways. Be prepared and call the hotel for information. They are great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We usually stay at Casa Monica, but they need to update the rooms there and we are so happy with this property now.

The room was nice and spacious, with odd closets, but they worked for the time we were spending there. They also had robes if we needed to be bougie and prance around. We slept well and had a nice view of the square between the Lightner Mansion and Flagler College. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They gave good recommendations on how to get around Saint Augustine, which had been a minute for me, so it was good to get a refresher. Sparkling wine at the front desk when we checked in was excellent and helped us unwind after the drive from South Florida. They have a gym and pool that I believe is accessible through the second floor, so I will have to remember that for our return trip. Also, they have a Starbucks on the lobby floor, which was great to get our morning pick-me-up. The bar and restaurant were very stylish, lots of Spanish influence from the 15th and 16th centuries. The cocktails were also solid. I didn't care for the water pressure and temperature, as they were difficult to adjust and ensure we were getting the correct settings. It was pretty scalding hot, so it took a couple of minutes to get it right, and then I kept it on the setting for my wife since I didn't want her struggling to mess with it. Apart from that, the experience was great. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and the accommodations when we checked in. The valet was good to have, as I didn't want to mess with street parking, but it is more expensive; take note.

The lower level period touches and decor are divine, and the location is just about perfect -- close to everything the old town has to offer. The guest rooms though? Eh, for a so-called 'resort' I was not blown away. I get the historical angle and an old building and all, but unfortunately (in my experience) that usually means a compromise on some level. Sure, the bed was very comfy, but the shower - and bathroom in general - was mediocre at best, with dated fixtures and not so great pressure. The room was fairly small-- fine for a solo traveler like me --- made interesting with matching eclectic furniture but not at luxury level. Just pointing it out.

The Voco was an ideal place to stay. It is a modern boutique hotel and about a 10 minute walk from downtown St. Augustine. Everyone we met on the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt ZERO ghostly spirits around and no bad juju, which is hard to find in St. Augustine, honestly. Everything was super clean and crisp-looking. It was quaint and quirky, but I enjoyed that about the hotel. It wasn't your run-of-the-mill hotel. The room came with a big TV, a very cozy bed, and a bigger-than-usual mini fridge, which was AMAZINGGG because we had made a pit stop at Buc-ee's for birthday treats and fun... I am obsessed with IHG's bathroom products. Their shampoo is incredible. And the room was pretty quiet- we didn't hear our neighbors. The bar area looked really tempting. We heard the breakfast there is realllllly good- unfortunately, we didn't have time to hang out at the bar or have breakfast. We did pop into the littleee convenience/shop area for a pint of ice cream which hit the spot after coming home from dinner. There is free covered parking below the hotel (and more parking available outside), which is super convenient. The gym looked nice. I love that they had laundry machines. The ice machine was always fully stocked and working. We had a great stay at Voco and really enjoyed our 3 days there. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

The room, on the other hand, was dated and had an odor but we let the staff know and we were switched out immediately to another. The location was great - we walked into town, over the Bridge and explored all night. We came back over the bridge to dine later on but as long as you have good walking shoes on, you're good to go!
