Made no sense why they changed the numbers and they wouldn't explain why their quote was so far off. I told the owner I would just allow them to do whatever the quote was for that he had given me. He said no and refused to honor his quote. This set our project back by months. For this reason I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The man came and installed a non-programmable heat pump thermostat that costs less then $40 at home depot. I was charged a $110 diagnostic fee and then 214.84 for the thermostat plus and 18.00 fuel surcharge. I paid $354 for less than an hour of work. Make sure you get the charges clarified if you use these guys and buy your own thermostat!
