I've lived here for going on two years and can honestly say the highlight of being here has been the events!! While the clean facilities and amenities have made living here pleasant, the events have made it an absolute joy. You can tell that the even coordinator, Kim, has put so much thought, effort, and care into the numerous events and activities she's provided us residents. She brings life to this community. She always finds new and fun ways to bring the us together. I anxiously await the calendar release at the beginning of the month to see what Kim has in store for us. She truly goes above and beyond and you can tell that she really has a passion for bringing people together. It's honestly what has set this location apart from any other apartment complex I've lived in. Everytime I talk to family and friends about the events we've had they are in disbelief! Kim and her knack for excellent event coordinating has been one of the top 3 reasons we renewed our lease. She truly makes the residents feel cared for and valued. I know I speak for the majority of the residents when I say we appreciate you Kim and you are the heart of Homecoming. I've docked a star because of the copious amounts of dog poop on the property grounds that crickets and roaches constantly feast on. Other than that, I have no real complaints. read more

This residential community offers townhomes, duplexes and apartments depending on ones affordable lifestyle! They have 1bdrm , 2bdrms and 3 bdrms floor plans !!! Enclosed Garage available to tenants. Came here to visit a friend and I was impressed with the modern features and floor plans they offer. I love that an elevator is provided and stair wells are covered from inclement weather! A clubhouse that features a gym , conference and event rooms, several seating areas and a swimming pool area! I would not mind staying in this resort someday just because the ambience seems to be a peaceful neighborhood and the elevator is a plus for me! read more

This is literally the worst place to rent from! I filed a complaint about mold and mildew a few months after we moved in, after that we were on their watchlist. For the remainder of the lease, they continued to harass us and complain about every little thing. They told us that we had too much stuff in our storage, Too much stuff in our garage, Too much stuff on our patio, They were constantly sending me direct emails about garage checks, Noise complaints almost once a month, the list goes on. We were on the first level so the amount of bugs and crickets that entered our apartment was disgusting. I had to teach my 2 year old to smash crickets because they were coming in daily. The pool area got worse the longer we stayed there. We went when we first moved in and experienced drunk girls in thongs, music blasting and a ton of non residents throwing parties. Stopped going after a few times. The play ground was full of rude kids cursing up a storm with no parents around. We already knew they were going to keep our deposit, but we just got an email now saying not only are they keeping our deposit but we have a balance for not fulfilling our 30 day notice. We completed our 12 month lease agreement, but when I gave them my 30 day notice and filled out the last date, I guess it was only 29 days out. They didn't think to notify me of the error. Of course not because they wanted to charge me one last day. Never will I be returning to this place or recommend anyone to it. Aside from it being aesthetically pleasing, management is trash. read more

I recently had a maintenance issue and Chris Gonzalez was the one who came to help. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provided! His response time was incredibly fast, which I really appreciated. Not only was he prompt, but he also figured out the problem right away and came up with a quick, effective solution. He was professional, efficient, and got everything working perfectly again in no time. If you ever need maintenance help, Chris is definitely your guy. Highly recommend! read more

These are nice spacious apartments, minus the bedrooms. My only complaint is the amount of bugs! I live on second floor and there's literally black widows right outside the door. Not even a foot away, no kidding! I get scared to leave my door open too long. I have a small baby and dog. Also they're pretty anal about everything.... Nice apartments though! read more

I can't express just how important Kimberlee Benton is to this apartment complex . She's always organizing these great community events and bringing everyone together . She's always smiling , very approachable and will answer any questions you may have . When Kim organize an event you know you're going to have a great time . I hope the Lewis company appreciates her just as much as the residents do! I see some 1 star reviews on here and I'm not the type to knock someone else opinion or their experience . However, my experience with all the leasing office staff and maintenance workers has been very positive . Kim has made this facility worth living at! The events she puts together are top tier - from casino night, tacos and tequila, movie nights at the pool, and farmer's markets. The property grounds and amenities are what lured me in but the events are what has me staying. I called the resort to request to see a unit earlier today I spoke with Tish. I told Trish the specific unit that I wanted to and I schedule an appointment the unit in the evening. When I arrived, I was greeted by Renée, who stated that the unit was not available to see at the current time the next five days. He asked if I would like to see other units in place of the one I was interested. All the totally different so that made no sense based on what I was looking for. I just moved in & the process was smooth ! They were busy but they went over everything that I needed to know ! I checked into my place and there were a few things that I noticed that needed to be tended to. Maintenance came by (which is a part of their move in protocol ) and a man name Chris met me ! Let me tell you CHRIS IS THE MAN! He noticed things that I didn't see ! He fixed it IMMEDIATELY and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! This man is AMAZING ! Very kind! Very understandable! He Explained everything- how things work in the place, etc. he Showed me EVERYTHING. MY parents helped me move in and they were impressed! Especially my dad since he is my handy man lol. I'm glad to know I have Chris and the office staff here to help me. I wanted a light with a fan and my room and I was able to purchase it through the leasing off & since Chris was already here - he took the initiative to install it ! Do not move here if you are looking for someplace quiet. I have lived here for over a year now and I have never lived anywhere as nosy as the "resort." The apartments are not well insulated against noise and they do not care about your rest or quiet morning hours. Do not live near a trash receptacle as they allow the trash pick-ups at any time of day. They will come as early at 7am and the clanging of the trash cans/noise of their trucks is very loud. They allow mobile detailing at any time of day as well. If you have heard mobile detailing being done, you will know that the water pumps on their trucks are not quiet. They allow landscaping staff to start as early as 7am. Today June 3rd, I was awakened at 7:25am to hedges being trimmed outside. Yesterday we had noise at 7am as well on the empty lot along 4th street. It's very common to be woken up by some type of noise here. The noise has been an ongoing issue. I finally got so tired of it I sent an email detailing the same things in this review but no response. Do not move here looking for a nice, quiet community especially if you intend to sleep in past 7-8am on some days, if you work late and want restful sleep, work from home, have small children, etc. read more

so my family and and I recently moved in and overall our experience has been very pleasant. The office staff was so helpful and kind. Tish was the person who initially showed us around, showed us the unit and gave us all of the information we needed to make the decision whether or not we wanted to call this home, she was amazing very kind very helpful and informative always available and we couldn't be happier with our decision. So far living here has been nothing but great it's pretty quiet aside from the construction that's going on during the day, but that was to be expected, and we were informed of that prior to moving in in my opinion the grounds are clean and maintained. We haven't had to reach out to maintenance for any issues, and overall it has just been a pleasant experience so far. I would recommend this community to friends and family, if they were ever looking for a place to move. A really big plus is we have three boys and there's so much for them to do within this community, from the gym to the basketball, court, the tennis court along with a game room, and the list goes on. What's even nicer is that there are some retail shops open and more that'll be opening in the upcoming months that they are able to kind of go walk to hang out grab a drink or a bite to eat and it just makes the overall experience really feel like a resort. Brandon is so rude! The front office staff does not give tours! It took for Serena to ask if I needed help locating stuff. So I really appreciate Serena who works here for helping not only myself but other future residents!!!! Serena and Tamara has been soooo helpful in helping us residents! They are super patient to helping understand a lot of stuff! So Thank you both! But the General Manager looks down on people like me who is on housing. He is not patient in helping residents in issues he says he's in meetings and never returns calls. He looks down on housing please watch out for him! I don't deal with him!other than that these are really nice apartments I would recommend staying here but watch out for Brandon he's evil! I enjoyed living at the homecoming very much! What I feel made all the difference is the staff! They were ALL excellent, from the top mangers to the gardening staff. The resort has a very homely feeling. I especially enjoyed working with Crystal the leasing Manger, to the manger in charge, Kalen, they were both very easy to explan my needs as far as what I was seeking in my new home, a garage, washer and driver and plenty of natural lighting! The landscape is very natural, the kitchen featured many upgrades and the shower was like being in a spa, with a lot of upgrades. I hated having to move which was due to having foot surgery and unable to climb the lovely two bedroom three bath stairway in this beautiful townhouse. Once again, thank you Crystal and Kalen. You know how you know you're in a good place? When maintenance is helpful, timely, and kind. Dealt with a little leak from my upstairs neighbors' bathtub and maintenance was here checking the leak and helping to quickly solve it and clean up any water spillage. Edwin and the night manager were very helpful and kind and helped to ease any worry I had about the leak by taking the time to explain what happened. This place is like living in the twilight zone. I only moved in end of June, my new dish washer which they said no one has ever used broke. It will not drain, their in house maintenance person came to look at it. He could not get it to work. He put in an order for Samsung to come look at the unit. I never heard anything back. I had to contact maintenance through an app, that when they told me Samsun would come out Wednesday 7/26. Well no one told me.. or asked if that day was okay. Here it is Wednesday and no one has showed up, i get a call that Samsung called the maintenance folks and because they were all at lunch, no one answered and Samsung left. He said they will be out on august 1. I am paying rent for features i do. Or have or cannot even use.. when you call the office does not care. They always say a manager will call you back but they never do. They just want your money and once they get it all their support ends. Second best part is You will NEVER receive any packages, when you reach out to front desk and Luxor (vendor for lockers) for packages.. no one can help. I only lived here two months and so far 5/7 packed are lost and Amazon doesn't believe that this many packages are missing and will not refund or replace the items. It's to the point I have to wait for the mail man or Amazon by the lockers to wait for my item or ask if they have mail for me. What a great convenience. read more
