I love home goods and this store has the most friendly staff. Probably cause they just opened couple of weeks ago? Hopefully they won't change and hoping that they just keep getting better and better! The store has a lot of goodies to choose from! Kitchen stuff to pet toys and treats! Don't forget choices of K-cups, even bottled water. They have tons of lamps, art works, bathroom essentials.. etc.. And whats great about it is they are half the price of what you'll find ini most department stores! What a treat :) Quality stuff for the fraction of the price!! Went back today since I added the color yellow to my kitchen, found a huge yellow pear and a ceramic yellow container which are absolutely beautiful. They look sharp in my kitchen I will post a picture. And one of those fake trees my rule is to get one that doesn't look cheesy and fake and succeeded at Home Goods. The male cashier was very nice. Sometimes women get catty when theres not enough testosterone in the room, i think thats pretty much what happened before. Home Goods you need to hire more males! :) read more

After reading all the great reviews, I couldn't wait to check this store out. Money burning a hole in my pocket, off I went, tooling down Jurupa. It was super easy to find in the large shopping area, but... I wish I could have been more impressed! It wasn't all that cheap and while they did have a lot of stuff, I didn't see a single thing that impressed me, style-wise or price-wise. Wal Mart is cheaper on a lot of things I noticed (pet beds, pillows, holiday decorations etc) and has a bigger store. Ahh well, you may love this place, personally for ME it was a disappointment. I did find a Michael's on the way home though and found great deals & plopped down some buckaroos there, so it was not a total loss. :) read more

Great selection of mirrors! My wife loves this place. Everything is brand new, very clean & organized plus fully stocked shelves. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to greet you. Nothing not to like here. As much as my wife loves this store I'm certain we will be back again & again....Thank you for opening in Eastvale! Now I can save gas because you're local. It's Disneyland for homeowners. It is tied with Bed Bath and Beyond for happiest place on earth for me. I can count on HG for unique pieces and furniture for my house. I plan to do most of my Christmas shopping here and BBB. HG is a clean store with one of a kind pieces. You have to visit often or you'll miss out. Rude and terrible customer service. Manager is very rude. She walks around the store cleaning & checking on employees while customers wait in line with only one cashier. Unprofessional cashier and the slowest checkout ever. She talked on a walky talky during almost the entire transaction. . States "sorry, but it takes soo much longer without a receipt" when sensing our frustration with the length of time it was taking to process the return.. read more

Another great location near my job. I luv this store. Sometimes it can be a bit messy but i know its all the crazy customers. Employees are nice. The bathrooms are clean and decent. I wish they would have more of a large baking section. I always like to see what I can find in the clearance isle :) I will continue to shop here since it is one of my fav stores. This location is off the 15 fwy north of Limonite in the Eastvale Gateway shopping center. It is consistently clean and organized which makes is very easy to navigate through the narrow aisles with a cart. All the items were labeled and staff were easy to locate to assist with breakable items. The staff does a good job bringing out inventory on the floor. This store is consistent in updating its posts on the Home Goods App. One of the things I learned is each store has no more than 2 of the same items. If need be there are staff who are willing to call other stores to complete a pair. read more

A very nice clean store, people are always there to help.. This is a smaller homegoods they tend to have small amounts of things where the one on Foothill in Rancho has tons.. But you can also find things that are sold out at other stores here since this one is not as busy as the larger stores. I try to stop in as much as I can just to look around and see what is new.. read more

HomeGoods is my favorite store for decorations, small furniture, and other home accessories. Luckily, this HomeGoods store is not the closest one to my house because the customer service is LACKING at this location. There were at least seven people in line with packed shopping carts, and there were only three cashiers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier helping me was extremely rude & gave me attitude when I asked if I could return my items without a receipt. This was my first time returning an item without a receipt, so I wasn't sure what the rules were. I stood in a long line only to be "helped" by a nasty worker. At least my question was answered: without a receipt, you can receive store credit only if the tags are still on and the merchandise is still in good condition. I have always had great customer service at HomeGoods in Torrance, El Segundo, and Brea. Will never come back to this store. read more

Purchased a $400 large area Rug that was hanging. Gentleman that helped me was very nice assisting me in getting it dwn , Rolling it , and even put it in my truck. Because of large pattern rug, didn't notice the 3 prettlarge paint stains on it(same color as design) until we got home. I immediately called and spoke to the manager one Duty (Sunday October 23 2016) around 2pm. He told me to bring it back in , so we did. When I arrived he greeted me with an attitude when I handed him my receipt. Didn't even take it outta my hand... (tall ,skinny ,white complexion ,male) he proceeds to rug area with rug on shoulder.. then checked receipt.. I Showed him the 3 noticeable stains and asked if there was anything he could discount , so maybe I could have it cleaned. He said "no ,we'll just throw it in the trash, because we don't sell damaged goods ". I couldn't believe it. He would rather throw it in trash then sell it... that is terrible for business!!! As a business owner I would've been very upset to see one of my employees do that to me. I even left my name and number , to see if the other manager would've discount anything at all. No body ever called! We would've been happy with a discount to have it cleaned. This area is growing, lots of new homes being built so I highly suggest Home Goods hires nice ,friendly , intelligent people so they stay in business ! read more

I visited the Homegoods in Eastvale today to exchange 2 crystal lamps I purchased a few weeks back for $59 each. The tags were still on the lamps and one of them completely broke and would not screw back together. So I wanted to exchange for an identical one. They did not have it in stock so I found 2 more similar ones that were priced $79. I was willing to pay the difference in price in order to fix this issue. At the checkout counter the cashier Monica, who seemed completely clueless about the store policy on exchanges called over her Manager on duty to help her. So manager Daniel Correa says the lamps had since been marked to $30 but of course they did not have any $30 crystal lamps, so he would only be able to issue that amount as a credit. The tags attached to my lamp clearly HAD NOT been marked down and he even admitted that he could tell they were never discounted based on the tag, however he refused to credit my purchase price to the new items because In His words, " that's not how things are done " there. At my request ,( not his suggestion) I asked he call other stores to find me an identical lamp so I would at the very least have a matching pair. He called a couple stores then asked if he should call stores that were more than an hour away from me because even if he did find it I would have to drive there to pick it up!! UNBELIEVABLE HOW POOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AT THIS STORE!!! I have been a regular shopper of Homegoods for years, but they obviously do not stand behind the quality of their products and won't even fix a problem when it arises. So now I have a pair of lamps that are unusable, and no way to remedy this problem. Thanks Daniel, for absolutely nothing. Don't even know why you are a manager if you are not going to put the customer first. read more

The store has gradually slid downhill since I first discovered it over a year ago. My first few purchases were great. Top quality items at a real savings! Then the inventory started changing to cheaply made, poorly built, 2nd rate products. What happened? I walked through there last Tuesday evening and there was not even 1 item that appealed to me!
