This place is a joke! The girl working was no help and had horrible customer service. Came into the store 2 weeks ago and wanted to purchase a decorative box only to be told there was no price she would have to call another store. Ok great...but then she was unable to get a price she would have to call the office and their not open. She would take my info down and call me when she got the price. Paid for my stuff and she never asked for my info to get back to me. Fast forward to this past Wednesday and i wanted to exchange the sign i bought and maybe try to get the box i originally wanted. But NO STILL no price and its been 2 weeks and she then has to call the "OFFICE" to see about an exchange. The "OFFICE" is the owners and no you cant talk to them apparently and the sales girl is useless. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT SHOP HERE! and by the reading the other reviews if you dont like something, youre pretty much stuck with it. Even if you have a receipt or not, return or exchage policy will not help. BUYER BEWARE. My wife and I were so excited to find this "great" place for our interior decorating. We were elated to purchase two mirrors from this store for over $1000. They looked beautiful in the show room. When we got the mirrors home, we tried to clean one of them and it actually had blemishes inside the mirror that would not come out. The second mirror we discovered after two weeks has a hairline crack in it. We alerted the store immediately. After a week, the owne/manager STEVEN FRYER called me and basically said tough luck. Because it was a defective product that was a floor model, we were out of luck. I didnt ask for a refund, simply I wanted a replacement mirror, one that is not cracked or blemished. He refused despite the fact that his assistant TRISHA assured me a day earlier that they would stand behind the product. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE PLEASE. IT IS TIME TO LET THE CONSUMER TAKE CHARGE, NOT THE GREEDY STORE OWNERS. What a miserable business they run. I will never ever shop there again. I hope you choke on the $1000 I paid you. read more

Best furniture store in Corona. Don't let the photos deceive you. The prices are very fair for the great quality and one of a kind pieces you're going to fall in love with in here. BEWARE. Their business practices are unsound. I have literally spent thousands of dollars on furniture there over the past several years. On one of my purchases I changed my mind on some pillows, receiving $100 in credit. Because the manager at that time did not know how to put it back on my credit card, I happily accepted store credit. However, when I went to use that store credit a few years later (store credit cannot legally expire...google it) I have had to fight for it. This began in June...it is now almost September. I have made almost a dozen phone calls requesting information and have NEVER received a call back. Not only that, but one of the managers was just extremely dismissive and rude on the phone. I've done nothing but politely inquire and give them time. Don't make the mistake of trusting them, and expecting good service. I have been recommending this store to everyone I know for years, but no longer! UPDATE- I hunted down the other manager at the Murrieta store and she was much more pleasant and helpful. However, I'm still waiting for a resolution. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner of this store. The employee who helped us was quite nice but the issue we had about picking out a table (we had a store credit to use here) required the owner to get involved. Because we had a store credit and weren't willing to leave a deposit (long story) he refused to allow us to special order the table even though we were willing to pay for the table in full with the store credit. It turns out we found the identical table at a rustic furniture store in Corona for 1/3 less. Pass on this store and take your business to somewhere that will appreciate it. read more

Omg! What a wonderful shop. We moved to the area from a small town in AZ and we did not have anything like Interior Accents. We first entered the Murrietta store and after two hours, we left the store with so much, but spent so little! We've been back many times and then to our delight, we learned they have a second store that is even closer to our home, in Corona. With the help of the sales clerk, Nicole, we've now completely furnished our home. We still stop in from time to time, alright I really mean a lot!! The staff is never pushy but very helpful. **BEWARE NO RETURNS ON NEARLY ANYTHING** Updated review: After speaking with the manager, we happened to receive our store credit. Whether she pulled the strings to make it happen or not; things are still UNSATISFYING. The reason I say this is because of the store policy. I understand that every store policy has their own rules, however this one, in particular, is pretty ATROCIOUS. "Discounted and discontinued items are final sale." When you walk in the store, you will understand what I mean. The ENTIRE STORE is nearly discounted. This meaning that almost everything is final sale. I understand it's a store policy but they should be clear about it, and they should have a LARGER sign stating that it's final sale. I'm not talking about a sign that's hidden away, that is on your front desk NOR a small print at the bottom of the receipt. I'm talking about A LARGE SIGN. The bottom of the receipt is when you pay afterwards. You pay, get a receipt, and it's too late. You'll come back to a "It says on the receipt though.." To my parents, there was no word of "final sale" when purchasing the chairs. They were ASSUMED TO HAVE READ THE FINAL SALE RULE THAT WAS AT THE DEAD BOTTOM OF THE PAPER. They were NOT TOLD but were assumed to know it. When we tried to return it, the manager told me that "If I were spending that much money I would read every single word." Having the small print of "final sale" at the bottom of the receipt, is like asking if you have read the terms and conditions when you sign up for social network sites. I guess what my point is, be aware that nearly anything you buy will result to no refunds. We had to find out the hard way. We had to get into an argument JUST to receive store credit. Greedy owners...Tried to charge more for a piece we had put a deposit on when we went to pick up the said they had someone offer them more money so we needed to pay more or not get the piece. They had already charged our credit card an weren't even going to give us back our money they wanted us to except store credit!!! After making a scene they finally refunded our deposit however I don't have the piece of fruniture I had purchased!! I had been in the Murrieta and had always liked their inventory but never bought. My husband and I have been looking for a table that would seat ten and found a great table at the Corona store. We bought it the next day and arranged delivery. The guys who showed up were super nice and quickly set it up for us. Shortly after they left, my husband and I noticed that the tabletop tilted on one corner. We took it off and learned that one of the pedestals wasn't quite right. I called the store and they arranged to have the delivery team return to look at the problem and they agreed it needed replacing. And as simple as that, we had a new table the next week. The entire staff was professional and helpful. I will be buying from them again! The new table is great! read more

Attention Corona Residents: BUYER BEWARE!!I wanted everyone to know that Interior Accents at Dos Lagos has horrible customer service. If the item you purchase is on sale, the sale is FINAL! On a side note, the whole store is always on sale! I purchased an item for $142, discovered it was defected upon taking it home, tried to make it work however, just ended up not fixable and not wanting it. After 5 days of trying to work this out with the store, I was told that they would attempt to fix it however, store credit wasn't an option. Over $142, this store has lost a customer. I spent over $5000.00 in purchases for my home..........I understand store credit except when you receive a couch delivered to you with the whole bottom ripped out. Horrible Customer Service!!!! The main part for having a retail business is to serve your customers and make them happy. Unfortunately this store does not represent that at all! They are the worst service towards their customers in my opinion and only want to make money. I bought a large console table October 8, 2013 and took it home to find that it doesn't fit in my hallway. I called the store two hours later and talked with Danielle to tell her my situation. She said she would check with her Corporate Office and get back with me for at least store credit. She never called me. I called her two days later and she said they cannot give store credit. I couldn't believe it! What? Why? I'm still using their merchandise and they still win, but she didn't care and said she was not authorized for me to talk with anyone above her. This is outrageous and I will never go back to this store again, regardless of their beautiful store.
