Bought a bedroom suite for our guest room. Delivery day one…read more the bed and night stand were damaged. Delivery day two a week later , the bed had numerous flaws. The delivery crew told me that the headboard was not in a box when he got it . It had been" repackaged". Just a guess but someone else had rejected it and they were hoping I would not notice the flaws. The next date to get a new bed is unknown but at least six weeks away. I mentioned to the rooms to go customer service representative that if they can't deliver undamaged furniture on the third try that I'd like my money back. She informed me that their policy was " no refunds". So if you shop at Rooms To Go keep in mind that they won't refund your money even if they can't deliver furniture that is not damaged.

The Sofa isn't even 2 years old and we called the warranty company and told us it was wear and tear which is not covered. Real leather does not peel. I have a leather chair that was purchased back in the 80's which is still in excellent condition except for spots because of age. I wrote a review on Google and they replied back if there is anything we can do to help so we called back and they told us it's just a 1 year warranty and there is nothing they can do, totally ignoring my 3 year extended warranty. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR FURNITURE IS JUNK AND ESPECIALLY NEVER BUY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY.

Each class starts with looking over finished items that students completed the week before. Each student explained how they created their project and what glazes were used. All the students are so kind and provide lots of positive support to each other. While the students are working with their clay, Jack is like a hawk, watching what each student is doing. He intervenes when appropriate so to enhance our learning and come out with a nice project. Included in the price: clay, basic tools, use of all the equipment and glazes, and the kiln firings. I especially wanted to learn to work on the wheel, which I did, coming out with some super fun bowls and plates.
