For $22 I expected to be blown away and have it be the most amazing plate of French toast I've ever eaten. What I was served was a plate of BURNED toast, a few blueberries and some sliced strawberries. There wasn't any whip cream, nothing special but can we go back to how it was burned. Like black. Not carmelized burned. (You can see how black it is in the pics. Do better. No one else was there) Our served came over gave us our bill so we could pay and never did ask how our meal was. I checked my call history, and there was a call at 2:48 with a message saying, "We left and it will be rescheduled." But no one ever rang the doorbell. We were in the kitchen, about 10 feet from the door, and the doorbell is right above us--there's no way we would have missed it. Clearly, no one actually stopped by. It's really frustrating.

Where I could find them. 1 person sent me to gate hardware (huh?). Another person sent me to the computer cable section (a router that takes a bit is a power tool, not an internet connection device). The third didn't even know what a router bit is, and sent me to an aisle that doesn't even exist. So I want to know how low this place has gotten that nobody seems to know what a ROUTER is!?!?!? Do better, Lowes. I could have gone a few minutes more to McClendon's.

Even though we talked for a hour. The man has no honor and if he worked for me he would be fired. Don't TRUST LOWES for anything. They give you the run around send you to multiple people. Then when they don't want to talk you get transferred to their survey to say how good they are doing. Worst Company and that manager is SLIM and a man with No dignity or backbone.
