As soon as I began speaking with salesman Bill Honan, I told him I hoped the sofa I was shopping for would cost less than 2k. We spent a very long time figuring out the options for a build-a-sofa, including the fabric/pattern. After that lengthy time I asked Bill what the final price would be, and he told me somewhere around $3,3PS IF THERE WAS NOTHING IN MY PRICE-RAMGE, BILL SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT00. I was floored the price was so high and said to him "I thought we were keeping the price under 2k, like I asked you to do." His EXACT response was "I never listen to budget." The fact that he completely ignored my request about price from the get-go, and knew it the whole time I was choosing a sofa, is the reason for this negative review, and why I will not shop at the Bassett Fife store ever again. Frankly, I believe Bill should be fired. Is it really OK for salespeople there to ignore what customers tell them their budget is? I hope not. I went down the road and bought a sofa elsewhere.

A couple of reasons why I did not proceed with order was that I felt it was odd that I was not given the measurements of the windows after they were taken. When I asked, I was told that they were uploaded to a system and not provided to the client. I was able to find a cheaper quote.
