We found a home that was a great value in this over inflated market, and they accepted our offer. The American Dream was going to happen. That is until I went from agent to broker to agency and on, literally 15 in total and all highly recommended just to find the same answer, the only option for insurance is non-admitted carriers and the CA (un)Fair Plan which was not an option for us as I don't believe in its legitimacy. Nearly giving up, I was referred to Farmers Agent Saeda Turk from a coworker who had a positive experience with her. Upon reaching out, Saeda was very warm, kind and considerate.
