I originally found the Eric Gee Farmers Insurance office through Yelp, when I needed to replace my condo insurance because my mortgage provider wanted a firm with a higher rating. Julius found a broker able to provide insurance in San Francisco (when many others were leaving the market). After that I asked him to fix me up with a Farmers auto policy. A year later, Farmers started offering condo insurance to those who had an auto account, and Julius contacted me to explain the options for a better deal - a higher-rated Farmers policy for less, if I installed some leak detectors. For a $35 outlay to get new detectors, I got a better policy and saved hundreds of $$$ - Awesome! read more

I just moved into town and purchased a a new minivan. The dealership gave me 10 day insurance thinking it would be easy to find coverage, but didn't know how difficult it was to get coverage. Julius helped me with everything I needed. I read a Google article about a man that lives near me. His insurance company did not renew his homeowners insurance (I have the same company) and he had trouble finding new. Julius is helping me sign up for the California FAIR program and a wrap around policy that will time so I don't lose coverage. The man in the article was without insurance for 3 months and his mortgage company made him pay over $1000 a month for coverage during this time.
