Absolute worst company I've ever done business with. e bought a complete HVAC system and immediately had issues with the AC being very loud and vibrating off the concrete pad. We reached out multiple times and after a few visits one tech finally realized it was assembled incorrectly/missing a part. That was fixed for free. However, it still had the issue of being very loud. We have 2 services every year provided by them every single service we told them about the issue of it being loud. Showed them video evidence and the claimed nothing was wrong. Well, this year it finally decided to give up. We finally had a tech figure out what was wrong with it and paid $400 to repair it. We were furious so my husband wrote a review and someone said they would reach out and make it right. Welp, that never happened. Then a few months later in April of this year it quit working again. We paid another $600 to fix it and the manager said he saw the record of our complaints and issues and would call me back with a resolution, but they "provided us with a discount the first time". We looked into that because we didn't remember a discount. It was $8. a 3% discount on a 10k system that was put together incorrectly and noted from day 1. It is now June and the manager still hasn't called me back. So long story short, they apparently assemble these units themselves, have no idea what they are doing, and do not stand behind their faulty work. read more

After installing my furnace I had water in my cellar when it got cold due to Homer Nine not lining my chimney. I call to report this and the guy HOMER NINE sent 1st wanted to shut my gas off! He said because of CO2 I have several CO2 detector in my house I said then he just mumbled and shuddered. A month later after talking to 2 furnace company and 2 plumbers all stated HOME NINE should've lined the chimney with the furnace install! I called Homer Nine multiple times and they really gave me the run around. I have since discovered they charge much more than any one else! Then I called to just get a new Hot Water tank asking about the chimney liner $2000 was the quote. Then the supposedly main guy can he said he would make it right... well after days he got back to me with a quote of $3000 is that making it right? Only for Homer NINE to make more money- they are like dealing with car service dealerships! HORRIBLE! I would give a zero if I could. GO to someone else to buy a furnace! Our 18 year old furnace had a bad inducer motor, so rather than putting parts and labor into it and risking something else going bad, Homer Nine quoted us on a replacement furnace and we went with that option. The price was fair, the technicians were on time, professional, polite, careful, and did great work. Everything was set up neatly, all the cords, pipes, hoses are neatly placed. Really quality work. Have an older boiler furnace, which was leaking. Technician took one look and would not service. He did not want to be there and certainly did not want to work on the furnace.
