They created a classy shamrock tribute as one of the standing arrangements, and used Bells of Ireland and orchids and created pieces that were as special and unique as my brother was. I had a tree on my property that was cut while this company was doing work in my next-door…read moreneighbor's yard. The tree was cut during that process, and there did not appear to be active oversight of the crew at that moment. My neighbors did not request that my tree was cut, as they were not even aware it was being cut. Roman did not come to us to speak with us or ask permission before the tree on our property was cut. After noticing the issue, I spoke directly with the foreman, Roman. During that conversation, I was given several different explanations for why the cutting was not a concern. What was most upsetting to me was not only that my tree was cut while work was being done on another property, but the way my concerns were handled afterward. The situation was repeatedly minimized and I was told things like it "would grow back" and that I "had more privacy elsewhere in the yard." His responses felt unprofessional, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of feeling heard, I felt as though I shouldn't be as upset as I was. After I walked away, I was also told by my husband that Roman referenced a past situation involving a property line dispute and court involvement. I can't speak to that situation, but it added to my confusion about why it was brought up in relation to my concerns.

Since my Oder was so specific I had to wait a week for the wholesale place to get what o wanted. Not a big deal at all. I asked for a photo before sending it so I could be sure it was done exactly like the photo I presented to them. She said they don't do that but promised me it would be same and especially since they are ordering exact from the wholesaler. Again customer service is impeccable. They called me ahead to confirm delivery and called recipient to confirm. All went perfect. But, when I asked my friend to send a pic, it was not like the pic I asked them to follow. I asked for a dozen calla lilies with ferns, then purple hydrangeas around the base in a green opaque vase!!! Super specific, I said they could use purple carnations too. I now don't think there was a need for special order I think they might have been busy and waited till after a wedding they may have been doing and then used flowers they had on hand because I never once asked for any version of pink and they added pink and purple integrated either the white which I didn't want!!!! While I love the customer service and the flowers looked pretty, it's not my specific instructions So bummed and disappointed!!

I do not know much about gardening, they provided flower types that are hardy enough to withstand the cool spring nights. Yesterday I did the pumpkin decorating class. We got two large pumpkins and got to pick either a white or blue pumpkin. The supplies to decorate were plentiful. They provide all kinds of ideas and examples. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I do not consider myself a creative person but after these classes I do! Many people brought snacks and drinks. Definitely a fun night out.

I have used County tree service many times over the last several years and I just cannot say enough…read moregood about them. My first experience was to have a 60-year old pine tree removed and base plus roots completely stumped. They gave me the best quote of the 4 I sought and when the day came they had all the right equipment and personnel. In what seemed no time, those men had my tree down and all the evidence of its existence in a truck being hauled somewhere. I' once used them to clean up many substantial downed branches and things after a mini-tornado. Not only was the service impeccable, but what I really appreciated was their quote. Other contractors were gouging but they gave me a fair price that was better than everybody else's Another job they did, also the biggest job they did for me included taking out a massive 60-year old Oak, and various bushes and trees that ran along 3 sides of my yard. This large job took the entire day but they cleared every bush and stumped every root well into the evening until the job was done. (before and after pics attached) Through all of this, the business owners have been incredibly easy to deal with. I just called and stated what I needed done and they either came out for a quote or gave me one over them phone. I've also recommended them to two family members that went on to hire them and both were immensely pleased. If you have a tree job that you need to get done, do me a favor and give these guys at County tree service a call. They've been so good to me and those I sent to them. None of that usual contractor game-playing and b.s. and that has earned them my repeated business over the years.
