Not had the pleasure of dealing with the Hanley branch, I say that with tongue in cheek, but the Hartshill branch are awful. Staff are arrogant, patronising and have a bad habit of blaming you for their lack of knowledge and poor customer service.
Rent a home with these guys as agents and you'll be very disappointed. read more
