With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. Harriet eventually accepted a part time job in the store and when the owner retired Rachel purchased it Lifestyles Giftware carries items for men, women, children, and pets. You can pick up that perfect birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift. Don't show up empty handed for the hostess or just treat yourself. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. My favorite items included a dog print makeup bag, the elegant serving dishes, adorable salt and pepper shakers, and lovely glass perfume bottles. Next time I need a one of a gift, I will be stopping here. The also offer gift wrapping. One thing to note is that the plaza is cracking down on parking. Thank goodness I always have hand sanitizer on me. Finding the cashier was a little irritating. To get in line you walk around an isle & a few displays, it was weird. It reminded me of waiting on line at Disney. Very maze-like & I was getting dizzy. The cashier was an absolute joy. She was sweet & even let me keep the hanger for my new top. So, customer service wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The store needs a good cleaning and the racks of clothes weren't organized well. He took my name and phone number, and said he would follow up with pricing. That was 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I spent many years as a wholesale rep, so I understand how important follow-up is, especially when a customer is clearly interested and ready to buy. The furniture may be beautiful, but after two missed chances, I'll look elsewhere. How disappointing!

She also indicated that next month the store is relocating across the street to a massive bay since they grew out of this space.
