And when I say "yell" I meant they shouted it from the register across the store in a curt tone- either way this was my experience. But most relevant the store hours were incorrectly listed at that time both on the door and through Apple maps. I usually don't leave any yelp reviews, but that's how disappointed I was. I'm just saying you should have correct hours listed as I drove out of my way to come to your store. There's no need for the argument a simple "sorry that was your experience we've fixed our hours hope this helps" or something. I have email to follow up several times in still have not heard from anyone. On Friday I reached out to Christy at the corporate offices and left a voicemail. She never called back either. Today I tried to get in contact with Mr. Woody (Steve) Woodward the CEO. Let's hope someone responds soon.

"It will take 7-10 days", this is their standard bull**** explanation. July goes by, August, Septembe, October... it had been so long we kind of forgot about it. We began calling, emailing customer service back in November. Numerous calls, emails, nothing. I finally reached out to them on 1/4 on Twitter and asked where the refund was. Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? Unless you hate yourself, don't shop here.

Went to the showroom to order it, and see if it was comfortable. Steven was the salesman that helped me. He was very friendly, taking me to the recliners. He never tried to talk me into anything (which I so appreciate). Unfortunately the recliner I wanted was not in the showroom, but the sofa and matching loveseat were there. I loved the soft leather and said I would like to order the recliner. He said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get it. That was fine with me since I wasn't in a rush for it. Steven called me a few days later and said he expedited the order for me and should get it in a few days. I was very pleased. I've never had a problem with Raymour and Flanigan. They have always given me great customer service.

It finally arrived only the arms have so little padding that you can see the outline of the wood frame. And, the depth that was supposed to be 37" is only 35.5". I had service come out to look at my concerns. Now I'm waiting to find out what they will due to make the situation right. I'm not very happy.

I also feel that they have an excellent selection of plates, glasses and flatware. They are way more unique than things that you pick up at target or Walmart and there's a lot more personality. Repeated shaving over time can thin out the fibers or change the texture of the fabric.
