Great store! We…read morevisited 4 different quilt shops on this day. This was the second one we stopped at. Obviously, we love visiting quilt shops and stores with fabrics. They have a nice selection of fabrics and accessories. We also loved going through all their clearance items. In addition to fabric and sewing items, they also sell Husqvarna machines and have sewing foot and items for those machines. The cashier was friendly and helpful. We can guarantee that we will definitely be back.

I'd much rather just have mid-to-low regular prices without all the SPECIAL DISCOUNT hullabaloo, but that's not an option, and not the fault of the local store. With that out of the way, they have a reasonably good selection, kind and helpful staff (some of the cutters are pretty gruff, but that's ok with me), and if you can be disciplined about only buying what you need when it's on sale, it's a good local resource. I do wish their art supplies section were better stocked so I could get more of those things when I'm in for fabric purchases, but Dots N Doodles in Astoria is a fantastic place to get paints, etc.

The shop is located in the historic Providence Academy building, which is the perfect setting for quilts. We had a great chat with the owner who is super friendly and knowledgeable. The shop isn't huge but has a unique aesthetic feel, and a good variety within that. She offers quilting and crafting classes which my wife is planning to sign up for. We recommend checking it out.
