For a while, even though we no longer live in Rexburg, we made the drive from Idaho Falls for a long time just because no one cares like Dr. Hopkin. We lived in Burley for a while and I did not find one provider that could care less about me. So even then, I'd plan trips to see family around when I could also see Doc if I needed to. He's so considerate and funny! He makes the awkward things less awkward (like my very first pap/mammogram). I was pretty sad that he no longer does baby deliveries like he used to. He was even the first one to suspect my mom's first brain tumor. She'd been to several doctors asking about her vertigo, etc. But Doc made her go get an MRI which showed the tumor. His discovering it allowed her another 2 years of life. Most of which was fairly normal, considering. The only reason we don't go now is because we have new insurance through my husband's job and Doc is out of network. That being said, sometimes we go to him anyway to get answers if we think our regular doctors aren't taking us seriously enough. On top of it all, Dre, the receptionist, has been there for years and she has always been wonderful.

Very professional and up to date on latest methods of physical therapy. His staff is kind, eager and very capable. The are pleasant to work with and professional in their work. Though his therapist are young, (college interns), they are extremely bright and capable. Dr. Rawlings goes beyond normal care. He is sensitive to my needs and willing to push me for a better recovery. In truth, I know of the other therapist in town, and Dr. Rawlings far exceeds anything that I have met, heard about or have known those under their care. I always feel bad for them when they tell me how their therapy has gone or is going in comparison to the care I receive. Dr. Rawlings is the best choice in our region.

Jody was knowledgeable and was able to tell me more about what was wrong (which the doctor couldn't), and what I needed to do to fix it. All the staff are really friendly, and make a point of learning your name. I was only going to be on campus for a few more weeks before heading home, and let them know upfront, and the service didn't change. Jody and Dustin answered any questions I had and were willing to explain what they were doing, the reasoning behind it, and the benefits that would come from it. I improved significantly in my few weeks, and though I'm not yet fully recovered, I'm currently looking for a physical therapist at home who will continue what they did for me.
