USA glass worked with my insurance (USAA) to get the process started. What was a more incentive, if the auto insurance declines OEM, they outsource PWG and Pinkleton glass. So either way, you getting good glass. My vehicle they replaced was a 2019 Honda Pilot; they knew about the calibration issue f the sensors after installation and were able to complete the job w/ no issues. I ended up choosing Pinkelton glass.

I'm not one to really write reviews as I usually don't care enough to waste my time but this one…read moredefinitely deserves it. Let me start by stating that I didn't get work done by him because his prices are a robbery to say the least as well as a bait and switch. First it started with dealing with his two "assistants" they gave me a pricing sheet, I chose the package I wanted, we confirmed on the price multiple times and of course I understood it could alter slightly which is okay. Then it came time to pay a deposit which was a mess in itself. I was being contacted by both assistants on separate days trying to charge me a deposit and asking me questions about my fitment goals for no reason because it was never mentioned or shown to Eddie. Anyways skip forward to the day of the appointment, I drove 4 hours from Tampa to Miami to meet with Eddie. Throughout our whole conversation it just felt as if he cared more about bragging that he's so good instead of listening to actual concerns with slick remarks included such as "get a fender roller and do it yourself." I knew this man was really full of himself when he pointed at my fender which has never been in an accident nor has ever rubbed with my wheels because It still has a large wheel gap and he tells me "yea see this fender right here is wavy" while pointing at absolutely nothing. The Best part of all this was when it came to cost. When I get there its not $550 as stated on the pricing sheet and from the assistant, instead Eddie tells me its triple the cost at $1500. Yes you read it correctly $1500 to roll and shave some fenders lol. All because the car is "hard to do" and bragging about how he charged a supra $2000. As you can imagine i grabbed my keys and got the hell away from that ripoff shop. All in all drove 8 hours in total, spent money on gas and tolls all too have my time wasted. Thanks again Eddie the fender "god". That Prices that we had agreed on prior to making the drive have also been attached.

Working from home and having a toddler it's not very easy to be able to get out and have things done so having a mobile service for window tinting was a lifesaver. He did an amazing clean and quick job I recommend him 100% will be using him for all future services.
