Very rude staff, went in to get a fix and they told me to get to the location at 5 on the dot or they wouldn't serve me. I get there at 5 and they say they won't see me until 6. I understand that there can be delays throughout the day but they should have called me to let me know they were running behind. If your paying straight up cash. And you agree on an amount get the amount in writing. Other wise when it all done they will tell you it cost alot more. Also when getting the snap credit DO NOT DO IT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will charge the snap credit. 2 or 3 times the normal amount it would usually cost. Be very very careful in dealing with these people. They make it seem like everything is good and they are doing you a huge favor. When really. Your going to get screwed over. My system has never worked 100 perfect correct since I got it. They play to many games. They already got my money don't need me anymore. read more

Came here month of November 2021 to make my 04 f-150 have decent sound quality. Products I purchased was 2 alphasonix 12in subwoofers, and 4 6x5 kicker door speakers. I also bought a 2400 watt kicker amp. Good money spent. 5 months later, 1 12in sub blew and since it had a knick on cone, warranty was instantly denied and they didn't look into the sub to see what actually caused it. I now know who to go to for all my equipment in my vehicles. read more

Came in to plug in 2 door speakers and 2 tweeters, and connect the loose wire in back of my radio for my sub. Everything was off the car and unbolted already I also supplied all of the parts, this was an hour maybe hour and a half job? My estimate was $400 and the possibility of it being higher. Insane pricing, a robbery!! Safe to say I got back in my car and went somewhere else which had it done for $150 in about an hour and everything working perfectly read more

Had an under the seat amplified subwoofer installed. The price was more than I expected for the install itself, but not too bad. With that said, they were professional, courteous and the job was well done! They do give a lifetime guarantee on their work which I consider important if any issues should arise later on. I was looking for a place to install a superb sound system on my truck. I wanted to spend approximately $1,000+ and after some searching around, I ended up having the work done at Exotic Sounds. This is what bought: 2 Diamond shallow subwoofers, 2 Pioneer 5 way 6x9 speakers, 4 Orion tweeters, 2200 Watt Power Acoustik amplifier, 4 Bazooka Marine Speakers, 600 Watt Orion amplifier, 400 watt Cobalt Amp, Pioneer DSP EQ, a train horn, other misc items, and of course the labor. Needless to say, the price was high, but figured that it would be worth it. Wow, was I wrong. Sorely, sorely, sorely wrong. The people who work there are incredibly overpriced for the work they do, they could care less about customer service, they leave the car a mess, they put screws THROUGH the truck so the screwheads are sticking out from the truck, the sound system would constantly have problems, they would charge me for anything and everything that came up (something new was 'required'). And to top it off, they take an incredibly long time to finish their projects. They said it would take approximately 2 days to complete, yeah, right, it took them a week and 3 days to install my system. They're unprofessional, overpriced, do horrible work, don't honor their warranties, and could care less about any problems that arise with the customers. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
