They tell you a great price over the phone that's too good to be true, and then when you get to the place, it's all a lie. Edit: You're lying, sir, or you were deceived by your employees. I didn't request ceramic; I informed your team about our agreement: carbon for $180. I even inquired twice with your employee Roly if he was installing the carbon to ensure its quality, as the price seemed too good. He confirmed, but after Roly took my car to the back, your employee Samuel emerged and informed me that the $180 option was the performance tint, which is cheaper and inferior to the carbon. I reminded him that we had agreed on the carbon for $180. I never intended to pay $180 for ceramic because that wasn't our agreement. Consequently, I attempted to contact you to rectify the situation, but you remained unresponsive. Furthermore, Roly engaged in an unprofessional argument with your employee Samuel in the back. Even if you were to offer me the ceramic tint for $180, I would not return to that establishment.

I brought my 2026 Dodge Durango in for a complete Compustar security system installation with DroneMobile and advanced anti-theft protection features. From the very beginning, I received excellent service. Juan, who works at the front desk, was always patient and professional. He explained every step of the process, listened to my questions, and kept me informed about the work being performed. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me a product or rush through an installation. I always received clear answers and respectful treatment. Hernán, the installer, did an excellent job. The installation was clean, organized, and professional, with great attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they performed multiple tests, adjustments, and calibrations until the sensors and the entire system were working correctly. They took the necessary time to improve details of the installation and personally verify every function. I also want to give special recognition to Santiago, the owner of the company. During the installation process, a technical compatibility issue appeared with an anti-theft feature that was originally expected to work with my vehicle. Instead of making excuses, ignoring the problem, or telling me that nothing else could be done, Santiago took responsibility. What impressed me the most was that he did not tell me, "I am going to order the part." When we spoke, he told me, "I already ordered the part." He had taken the initiative to find a solution before even discussing additional costs with me. They ultimately installed the specific hardware required, performed new programming, and got the system working correctly. That kind of attitude says a great deal about the honesty and values of a company. I had to return three times throughout this process. However, I never left with excuses, indifference, or unresolved concerns. Every single time, I left with answers, solutions, and excellent customer service. To me, a great company is not one where technical problems never happen. A great company is one that responds when a problem appears, investigates it, finds a solution, and stands behind the customer until the issue is resolved. That is exactly what Juan, Hernán, Santiago, and the entire High Grade Sound Pro team did. Today, my Durango has a security system that has been carefully tested, adjusted, and configured, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a team behind the installation that truly stands behind its work. Professionalism, technical knowledge, clean installations, excellent customer service, and above all, honesty and accountability. I recommend High Grade Sound Pro with complete confidence. Thank you to Juan for his excellent customer service and communication, to Hernán for the quality and professionalism of the installation, to Santiago for personally taking responsibility and finding the solution, and to the entire team for proving that there are still companies that understand the true meaning of standing behind their work and taking care of their customers. I called on a Saturday…read moreand was able to get a same-day appointment for tint on my two front windows and front strip to match my back windows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Gigi. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I will definitely continue coming here.

    Disappointed With Follow-Up and Customer Service…read more I hired Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC to install AMP power step boards on my 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I wanted to support a young business owner and give him an opportunity. Carlos was polite during the scheduling process, and the installation appointment was set for April 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The labor charge was $335. My concern is not only the installation itself, but the lack of follow-up after the job. Shortly after the installation, I noticed that the lights for the power steps were not working. I contacted Carlos and let him know. His response was that it was "extremely common" for those lights not to work and that everything had been installed correctly. He said he could come check it, but because I was not going to be home that day, I told him not to make a special trip and to stop by the next time he was in the area. He never followed up or came back to look at the issue. Later, the power steps stopped working properly. One step stayed in the lowered position, while the other would not retract correctly, and the system stopped functioning as it should. When I contacted Carlos and asked if he could take a look, he told me it would require a $95 diagnostic fee. I was disappointed because I had already reported an issue with the installation right after the work was completed, and that issue was never checked. Carlos pointed out that it had been one month and 19 days since the installation, which was accurate. However, the original concern was reported immediately after the install, and there was no follow-through. I have also used Carlos for other work on my Ford F-250, including a difficult radio installation. That job was eventually completed by someone else because it required more specific expertise. I did not hold that against him because I understand some installs can become more complex than expected. However, with the power step boards, my concern is the lack of follow-up and customer service. I believe this is a teachable moment for a young business owner. Skill matters, but follow-through matters just as much. When a customer reports a problem immediately after an installation, the business should make a reasonable effort to inspect the work before charging another diagnostic fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC for this type of installation. If you decide to use this business, understand that you may not receive the follow-up or customer support you expect if something goes wrong after the job.
