USA glass worked with my insurance (USAA) to get the process started. What was a more incentive, if the auto insurance declines OEM, they outsource PWG and Pinkleton glass. So either way, you getting good glass. My vehicle they replaced was a 2019 Honda Pilot; they knew about the calibration issue f the sensors after installation and were able to complete the job w/ no issues. I ended up choosing Pinkelton glass. read more

Filed a claim with Safelite for an AMG Mercedes. They order the glass and tell me I have to go to their location because they have to calibrate the cameras with the new windshield and can't do it remotely. They schedule an appointment for the following week. Next week comes and I go to the location and discover that they can't do the install because they have the wrong glass and don't know when it will be in. I didn't want to deal with them any longer so I looked for other companies and I'm so glad I did. I reached out to USA Autoglass and couldn't be happier. Paige answered the phone and I explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and as it turns out is a windshield expert. She located the right windshield (OEM), had the manufacturer text me pics to make sure it was the right one and handled the claim with me on the phone. The windshield isnt a common one so its not readily in stock, however she located it, had it sent to her shop and then installed and calibrated at my location (even though Safelite said it couldn't be done that way). Upon arrival, they stated I have to change my rubber inserts for additional $400.00 and I will get another $200.00 gift card back. Total cost is $1070.00 and he stated I would get back $500.00 gift card back in 2 or 3 days to my email. I went here today 4/24/19 due to a slow leak in my right front tire. I usually go to another place west of downtown Homestead. But that was way out of my route at this time of day. This shop is conveniently located right on US1 and I have been wanting to try this place out. Well now I had the need. Buying used tires is risky and there's usually no Warranty that comes with it, but the upside is you can save a lot of money in the interim because tires can be expensive. So you make the judgement call. The shop is super clean! For a shop that deals with vehicles, the place is impressively clean. No loud music blasting you out, or vulgar inappropriate pictures on the wall. Clean paint job throughout the establishment. Friendly staff, and courteous! read more

Rock hit windshield on trip south, and started cracking when we got to Key Largo. Safelite seems to have an alliance with our insurer, but they don't have a location in the Keys and they don't travel here. USA Auto Glass was responsive, got the manufacturer's part quickly, worked with my insurance, and sent the nicest people. Just like any service, ask all of your questions, especially about timing as the installation person might not be the tech who calibrates a windshield that connects to the car's computers. USA Auto Glass dispatched people from their Homestead location which was great. I would recommend them enthusiastically to my friends here in the Upper Keys. read more

It's Monday morning and I back into a spot and CRASH! My entire windshield shatters ! The wall had a protrusion that I couldn't see and my back up sensor didn't register! I literally was in tears! I called 6 different places and everyone told me because of the car I drive (Range Rover sport) it would take AT LEAST until Friday to get the new back shield to fix my car!!! Mind you, I need my car fixed so I can get back to work- leaving my glass like this was NOT an option! I called these guys and got Jose(office manager!) and let me tell you. Not only did he ARGUE with my insurance company to make sure they would cover what was not covered by my deductible but he had his guy fixing my car AT MY HOUSE by 1pm! (I called them at 11am!) My car was finished by 1:30 pm!!! I can literally GO BACK TO WORK and finish out my day!!! These guys are the best and though I Hope never to have to deal with them again( because who the heck wants broken windows?), I would NOT mind hiring them, again! They were HONEST! EFFICIENT ! USA Auto Glass is a first class organization in South Florida if you need new auto glass such as a broken windshield or another car window replaced. After one of my car windows was scratched by someone trying to break into my auto in downtown Miami, I called a very well known auto glass company and had a horrible experience. I finally called USA Auto Glass in Pembroke Pines, Florida. They were great to deal with and their technical knowledge and the manner in which they treated me as a customer were first rate. When you are victimized by damage to your auto, the last thing you need is to be poorly treated by the Auto Glass Vendor. But USA Auto Glass customer service representative Nellie was very good at ensuring I received a quote, the correct glass for my car (from several choices) and an appointment in a few minutes. The installer George arrived at my residence, took the panel off my car being very careful not to damage and replaced the window. When replacing the glass on a car door window, your car dealer doesn't typically do these repairs so they let the glass companies take care of it. With some makes and models of cars, the installer will need to have the technical competence to not damage the window motor and will need to retime the window. I would trust USA Auto Glass if I ever need a car window replaced again. read more

Came here after a bad experience with Safelite (had a scheduled windshield replacement and the technician never called, never arrived and I spent over an hour on hold on the phone trying to speak with a representative). I must say Paige did an excellent job. She not just walk me through the whole process, including filing the insurance claim, but she was on top of my case so that it could be quickly fixed. Called on a Sunday and although out of their business ours Jose picked up and told me not to worry that they will help me with my windshield glass repair to Call back Monday morning with all of my information at hand. . It Cost $700 for me to replace a windshield. The owner "Jose" gets real lippy and short with you when talking to him. He could use some training in customer service. My windshield leaks and was he was suppose to be at my house at 8am on Saturday. He told me to make sure I was there. However, no one showed up and no phone call. I basically wasted my whole Saturday waiting for them when I could've been doing other things on my day off. Best service ever. I called desperately on a Tuesday evening (past 6 pm), my call was answered by the owner of the company who listened pariently as I vented on what had happened. I called Geico to report a broken windshield on a Monday morning, thinking they could send someone out to me relatively quick. I was stranded at the Port of Miami. They actually scheduled me for next day, I had to drive the car in that condition back home. Safe Lite never showed up the next day. When I called to complain, they stated that it was for Wednesday, not Tuesday. So I had to call Geico again on Tuesday, and instead of leaving my appoinment for the next day as it was originally set (except they had misinforned me), they rescheduled me and next thing I knew they were telling me someone would come out to fix it on Friday (5 days post), in the meantime I had to Ubef to work and borrow a car to drive to snd from work. After complaining to a Mgr, they told me I could call any other company. That is when I contacted USA Auto Glass, the owner was so helpful. We called Geico together to request change of provider. And voila he was at my house first thing next morning changing my windshield. They are a small company, great customer service and literally next day service! So pleased with their customer Service. So there is really nothing quite as disheartening as driving along when you hear the dreaded ping of a rock making its permanent place on your windshield.
