As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. I have worked with a lot of contractors, painters etc. over the years and experienced listening to excuses, broken promises, flat out lies and price gouging. Hiring Lazio completely restored my faith in working with a contractor, because never once did he attempt to mislead or overcharge me. He is fair, truly a man of his word and did everything he promised. Actually he did even more than he promised, thats how much he cares about the quality of work he does. Lazio worked on my house (which was a 5 week project) inside and out and was there nearly every single day until it was completed.
