The food was AMAZING!!!! We wanted my family reunion/birthday to have delicious food and we got it! By the end of the party all the food was gone! Not going to lie, we were a bit disappointed we didn't have leftovers. We had BBQ chicken quarters, Pork shoulder, potato wedges, salad, mac & cheese, fried plantains, honey corn bread and a large dessert tray. I had my 40th birthday party at my house and hosted about 60 people (we order for 50 people). Jerry and his team were great coming in and setting up the food just in time for the party). Homestyle Catering made our wedding absolutely perfect. When I tell you we had so much on our plates figuratively (and literally during dinner because the food was absolutely amazing), I couldn't believe how much they stepped in to help and take care of things. It was so special. We had many dietary restrictions at our event so Jerry changed the menu with us so that there would plenty of food and options for everyone. He was also incredibly considerate about budget and keeping costs down. They did full service catering (full set up, decorating, servers, cleaning up at the end!) and it went so much better and looked so much more beautiful than we ever imagined. His team is lovely and super capable. Isabel helped a ton as wedding coordinator, making sure the room was changed around for dessert; we had a hot cocoa bar with almond milk and normal milk and all of the special fixings! It was a huge hit! Their gluten free pistachio bark bars are absolutely insane and the pumpkin Whoopie pies are perfect for a winter/fall event. Jerry, Isabel and their team made our day beautiful and special; we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work! We booked Homestyle Catering for our DIY wedding celebration at a state park pavilion. We struggled finding catering that would accommodate a smaller group, but Jerry was personable and welcomed the thought of catering our event. He is responsive and flexible. HIs menu is very extensive, and can be tailored to accommodate for any food allergens. He took care of set up and clean up, and also helped to pack food up for us to take home. Everyone at the wedding asked us about the food because it was so impressive - both in set up and quality! We ordered a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes (pork, chicken, seafood). He was right on time for drop off and pick up and efficient in setting up. Payment was easy and efficient through emailed invoice that accepted card payment.
