I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed this car wash for the service, free vacuuming, and…read morethe great cleaning it does for a dirty vehicle. Yesterday, I was a little disappointed. I went through the right gate after selecting and paying for a $16 package (with a copy of my receipt). The arm went up and advised me to proceed forward - I did. Before clearing the area, the arm came back down on my vehicle. When I approached the wash area, I explained this to the staff who checked out my vehicle (no damaged noted), and apologized for the inconvenience. Secondly, as I proceeded through the wash, I immediately noticed that I was not getting the full package for which I paid. This was unusual, so it was something that immediately caught my attention. When I left the wash area, I went to the vacuum stations and found an attendant to advise of my concern that the wash did not provide the service that I paid. He examined my vehicle and notice that the first thing was it did not provide the tire shine. That was a BIG clue, in addition to me having my receipt. The attendant came back after speaking with his manager and provided me a gift card for $16, so I went back through the payment system and the wash area ... only to discover the same issue occurred. I do not know why this happened, but this needs to be looked into ASAP. As a customer, I want to receive what I paid for ... if I am paying $16 for the maximum package per wash and going through the wash area only to receive a wash service for far less, that is upsetting. I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue by offering a gift card of equal value, but going back through the second time didn't change. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE WASH AREA ... the car wash is always clean and the service has been great, but this issue yesterday was frustrating. I didn't have the energy to go back and complain again ... I really just felt like it wasn't anything they could do to fix the problem with a long line of cars waiting for service, anyway. A disappointed, loyal customer.

Paid my 12 bucks and waited in line, once it was my turn the guy tells me I only paid for a "water…read morewash"....if I want soap I will need to upgrade...he was holding each driver hostage right when they were about to pull in the wash. Explains the long wait and I let him know that I didn't believe that for a second. Rolled through, there was soap...will never go back. Crooked. Avoid this wash, too many other options.
