Their cleaning would take a few hours and do a great job and a larger company would show up and leave after 20 mins. I signed up for the cleaning ($240) prior to starting the oil delivery service. Long story short. My furnace was working fine. They had a service man show up on Friday night and he was there for 45 mins. He told me the furnace was in good shape and "doing what it should be doing". All day Saturday and all day Sunday the house stunk of exhaust fumes. On sunday night (20 degs out) the furnace stopped working. I called them sunday night.. no one there. Monday morning I was told that someone would be there monday. No one showed up, and every time I called to ask I was treated awful, and felt like i was being a nuisance to them. Finally Tuesday night teh service man shows up, tinkers with the furnace for 40 mins, and hands my wife a bill for $265. On the itemized bill it said that there was no spark in burner 1 and that the Cad cell was plugged up and dirty. I thought he cleaned my furnace and that the furnace was in good shape? Now im ripped off and out over $500 to support small local businesses. When i called to complain I was told that cleaning the furnace will usually break the furnace... Im no engineer, but what a line of crap. Don't use these people.. Save yourself the time, money, agony.

Ted's crew showed up, repairing and restoring my old pond. The crew were professional and courteous, and cleaned up mess before they left. The pond looks brand new now. Thank you! One drawback: You need to leave quite a few messages and emails until Ted responds. Don't give up...
