At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! Contacted and got it rescheduled for 6-22 with them to be there at 9:00 am. At 10:00 am I called cause they never called nor showed up only to hear that they could be there within 30 minutes.
