One item in particular needed service. Kenny said repair was becoming costly and I should select a new piece. I had to catch a flight and did not have time to shop. I was shown two items. I quickly selected one. The new item was significantly lighter with less gold and diamonds than the one I left there. My local northeast jeweler estimated the new item to be worth $3000 less than the item I had returned. Confirming my suspicion that I was ripped off, I called Kenny and requested the original item be retuned. I was told the item was sold. My neighbor went to the shop a few days later and the item was still there showcased for sale. Kenny and his ex wife are not to be trusted. They operate like typical jewelry salespeople from Brooklyn. Buyer beware.
