I went in Paradise Jewelry today because I was talking to an acquaintance about a sapphire bracelet that I have that was purchased in Hong Kong (cannot be replaced) that got caught on something and was twisted out of sorts. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed but wanted to do the best I could, it was less than a year old. The lady that greeted me took my bracelet back to the manager to get his thoughts. Within about 5 minutes he brought it back for me to see. My bracelet will easily close now and only I will be able to tell it had been hurt. He did not charge me a thing. I was amazed at how good it looks. I would take anything there to be fixed and also will absolutely go to them if I want something designed. Due to a mistake by Yelp (they posted a picture of a different jewelry store on my profile page), Mr. Morgan R. has mistakenly given me a bad review. He is unhappy with a store in downtown Naples, miles from my store. I sent him an e-mail asking him to change or withdraw his review, but have gotten no response. Yelp took down the picture, but the result is worse - now it looks as though the bad review is indeed about my store and not the other one!
