Well you get the idea. We are experienced. In our last move, we packed everything but secured help to load and move. Mighty Man Movers was the company we hired. The initial process was easy and Andre made suggestions, asked questions, and provided a bid we could understand. On site, he and his crew were FAST, considerate, and careful with our belongings. We were pleased. Recently, we needed help moving our daughter from Jacksonville to Ocala. We called Mighty Man Movers again. We experienced the same thoughtful service. When the move turned out to be much more time consuming and tedious than expected or how it was portrayed to him, Andre said we needed to renegotiate but didn't stop doing the job. He trusted that a fair accounting would be forthcoming and kept doing what needed to be done. I would trust Andre and his crew with ANY moving job. He is just that good. In addition, he is expanding his business into home services: fans, lights, roofing repair, etc. We had him and his crew install a vent in the roof to connect to the microwave exhaust fan. (I hate the mess cooking makes when the moisture, grease and fume spread around the inside of the house.) They demonstrated the same business ethic here. I highly recommend them.

Add to that several pieces of wood furniture. I'd rather they'd ASKED me and shrink wrapped the stuff rather than no protection at all. I brought this to owner's attention and he tells me if I'd chosen their "premier" service he could do something, then it was I didn't have enough blankets (big lie--there were leftovers) then the song & dance about not shrink wrapping it. Well....if you're not going to wrap it in blankets that I provided give ME the option of SW. You effing ruined my $3400 leather sofa.

They also didn't write down the apartment number, which confused the issue more. They started their time, when they weren't at the apartment (almost an hour before they actually showed up). The person who scheduled the move did not write down the cell phone number I gave him, but copied my office landline from the caller ID. The move was scheduled for Saturday. This mistake lead them to be unable to reach me to clear up the confusion. I got an email that they had arrived, even though they were not there. I called to find out where they were, and nobody answered. Finally, I reached someone on the phone, 25 mins later, and was told they would call the drivers to see where they were. I was assured I would not have to pay for the time they were not there. Vanessa, the operator, stated she could not reach them, but would try again. Nearly 50 mins later, they went to right street (the street they were given in the first place) and started the move. Unfortunately, after the move was over, the driver was unable to change the start time, but assured me he would do so when he got back to the office. He admitted they were late, and lost, and I shouldn't have to pay for that time. Vanessa had also told me the same thing when we were trying to figure out where they were. I tipped both drivers $100 each for their time, and thought they'd sort out the time issue. I waited a week. They did not correct the time. I had to pay an additional $125 (which made the total bill come out to $200 more than I was quoted) because the owner is greedy and refused to correct it. My original quote was for $550 to move a one bedroom apartment in Ocala to a house in Gainesville. The total move time took around 2 hours and I was charged $700, plus the $200 I stupidly gave the drivers thinking they'd correct my bill. While the movers were nice, and relatively gentle with our things, the billing was unfair and owner does care enough about his customers to make it right. Because of this, I cannot recommend this company, nor will I use them in the future.

Efficient, proficient and reasonably priced. Most recently we used Craine N Sons to move a 95 y/o parent to an Assisted Living Facility. They came and packed Dad's room (furniture and clothes) and then brought everything to his ALF. It made life much easier for us being able to take Dad straight from 1 place to the other without needing extra time while we tried to pack and move with him. Two months later we surprised ourselves in buying a new place and Craine-N-Sons were our go-to movers to come and pack us up and move all belongings. The crew that did the packing were phenomenal and detail was evident - the amount of bubble wrap and sheets of packing paper as we unwrapped everything (by the way, they do offer unpacking but we didn't contract for it) was amazing. Boxes were marked with simple but clear information about contents. This crew not only packed the home (kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces) but also tacked our garage, workshop, and shed. On moving day, a different crew arrived and got us out of our old and in to our new with efficiency. We felt the price we paid each time we've used Craine-N-Sons has been money well spent as they perform a service that is greatly appreciated. By all means, if you're looking for a local or long distance mover, I'd give highest praise to Craine-N-Sons.

No issues. 2 other vehicles decided to go around him as well as I when the lane opened to 2 lanes. Apparently, my pickup angered him enough to immediately run up on my bumper, couldnt see his headlights, he's flashing his lights, flipping me off. Extremely dangerous driving. We get to 466, I turn left, he goes right. No logo's anywhere on his vehicles. We are on 466 later on our way to dinner and my wife notices the truck, trailer, business. There was a lot of stuff and I was definitely worried about moving a Washer and Dryer. My move was from Florida to Tennessee. The rental truck was loaded correctly, professionally and even gave advice to the driver about the inspection station leaving Florida which was a help. My items made it to Tennessee and the driveway incline was a bit much on the truck bouncing it quite a bit. I was so relieved to be able to hook up the washer and dryer, working great and only damage to one lamp in the process which can be fixed with super glue. If I was still in Florida, I would definitely use these movers again and again and again. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Using this company was the brightest spot of my moving experience. I had been ripped off by a different moving company in December, didn't get out of Florida and I had so much furniture and items damaged it was crazy.
