I told here I wasn't going to argue with her and that she did not need my email address to rent me an appliance dolly. I said if you don't want to rent me the dolly I guess I can go somewhere else. She tossed my driver's license back at me and said she wasn't going to rent the appliance dolly to me. I called U-Haul and filed a complaint. The customer service person called the store and the U-Haul clerk said I cursed at her which I did not! The U-Haul store has plenty of surveillance it wouldn't be hard to verify my story! I live in Virginia and am in Leesburg Florida to pack up my deceased mothers house. It's a hard enough job with out having to deal with this extra hassle. I guess U-Haul thinks this is acceptable behavior.

I also can't refinance the car for 6 months without a $75.00 penalty Also, 5 of their lenders ran separate credit checks on both of us. Another thing is they made us wait an hour and a half to tell us they wanted an extra $1000.00 to use our own credit union. Their dealer fees are also $895.00. I would proceed with extreme caution when dealing with them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that our salesman Tanner was excellent and tried very hard to help us. Minnesota in my 2019 Ford Escape after your dealership was completely unable to resolve the problem. My technician in Minnesota fixed the issue within approximately 20 minutes at no charge by updating my iPhone and performing a few simple technical setup steps so that Apple Maps would once again communicate properly through the vehicle speakers. Meanwhile, I was informed by Tom in your Key Scales Service Department that Apple and Ford had compatibility and update issues affecting older vehicles like my 2019 Escape, that the system could already be considered obsolete, and that some updates supposedly could not even be uploaded. What frustrated me most was being told by you that your Ford Sync Team would charge a $246 diagnostic fee, plus $200 per hour for additional updates and labor, with absolutely no guarantee that the problem could even be fixed. To then discover the issue was resolved elsewhere quickly, professionally, and at no charge was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. As a senior customer, this experience left me feeling that customers like myself can easily be subjected to excessive diagnostic charges and costly technology-related service recommendations that may not even be necessary. In my opinion, your Key Scales technicians and Ford Sync support personnel need substantially better training regarding Apple CarPlay, iPhone integration, software updates, and modern smartphone compatibility issues. I expected significantly better technical knowledge, customer support, and problem-solving ability from a Ford dealership service department. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, discouraged, and with very little confidence in the guidance I was given. I feel this business is taking advantage of elderly people buy selling them shipping insurance on their packages they send via FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier. They inform their customers that they are buying shipping insurance through the carrier they are shipping with i.e. FedEx and charging $1 for every $100 dollars of coverage. Unfortunately, the customer is buying Sentry Storage's insurance which does not cover the package from damage unless THEY PACK IT for you (which is not disclosed to the buyer) and their insurance will only cover the loss of the package. The other sad component of this misleading purchase is that if you buy coverage through your shipping carrier i.e. FedEx for $0.98 for every $100, this coverage is not only cheaper but DOES cover for damage or loss of the declared value. Unfortunately, having to now file claims against their store Bond and Insurance for selling false coverage on packages they do not cover unless they pack it. SAD SAD Situation!

The leak was from the back wall structure on the floor, from the water line on the cardboard boxes, it was at least 3 inches of water. Do I know now you need insurance? Sure. But my point is the structure of the cinder block building leaked. I realize legally they can get away with this. But I think it is the responsibility of the service providor to maintain the integrity of the structure. They get a free pass, does not seem fair. Final digs? I could not even use the on-site dumpster, so I had to wrap the inside of my car to haul all the molded items out for disposal. Be very careful what you put in this place!

Worst service ever! No one at desk upon arrival. Had to search for someone. Apparently I had…read morewalked right passed them when entering building, but they didn't come into building to help me. Upon return, sat at drop off location without being helped for 10 mins. Older male employee walked passed twice without acknowledging my presence. When I tried to find out if someone could help me, he asked if I knew how to back up trailer into parking spot by myself. When I said I couldn't, the gruffed and said someone else would have to help me. The only person there with customer service skills was a young girl who admitted that she's only worked there for 7 mos. All the other employees has no customer service skills.
