I'm not sure if they have prescription diet though, maybe call before. Prices are competitive if not sometimes a tad bit more but they offer a punch card. Honestly, even if they didn't offer that, I'd gladly pay the small difference to shop where you feel they care about your experience and time. Also can tell a lot about a place by how the bettas look and are cared for. Happy to say the bettas I've seen look nice and always have had access to a bubbler and an actual small glass tank so that's a plus too! Instead of acting professionally and simply explaining any concerns they had, employees immediately treated us like we were causing problems. If customers aren't supposed to look at certain products, maybe they shouldn't be sitting out in public where anyone can walk up to them. The whole situation felt unnecessary, rude, and completely blown out of proportion. It's amazing how quickly some employees can turn a normal shopping trip into a negative experience. Being treated with suspicion for doing nothing more than looking at merchandise is not what I expect from a business that relies on customer service. I won't be coming back anytime soon, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

When my dog suddenly stopped eating and drinking, I called to have her seen urgently. Despite being a long-time patient, they refused to fit her in, citing a lack of staff, and referred me elsewhere -- to EVH, which has a reputation as a last stop for very sick pets. I pleaded with them to make room for her, but they still refused. Thankfully, I took her to Veneta Vet, where they got her in right away, diagnosed her issue, and performed the surgery that saved her life. One week later, she's recovering beautifully and almost back to normal. It's clear to me that this clinic no longer prioritizes the well-being of their long-time patients. I'm deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the lack of care and compassion we received.
