The staff treated my puppy with care, and showered her with lots of affection. Wilco requires grooming services are paid in the front of the store at the main register, so by the time I returned to the grooming center with my receipt they were finished. However, the employees had exactly the right vibe for her because she went to them immediately and don't look back. The facility is clean and she was obviously well cared for. They didn't even think it strange when we packed a chewed slipper for a favorite toy- they knew what to expect from this precocious breed. We won't hesitate to bring her back when we go on another trip. A+++
