The staff if professional, yet friendly. We didn't have to wait too long, only about 15 minutes, which is good for a medical facility. The place is clean, without that "doctor-office" smell. I would give 5 stars, except that the lab didn't have any small needs to draw blood and my husband ended up being stuck four times and it left an ugly bruise. All-in-all, a good experience. Her glucose test was lost and she had to call back several times before it was finally found and she got her results. She was not given the name of a pediatrician nor was there any follow-up for her to meet with a doctor. I had to call a pediatrics office from a thousand miles away where I live to get help. When this pediatrics office looked up the child's name and saw my daughter had been a patient of Mary Mahoney, she said under her breath, "Mary Mahoney, this is why she got no help" AWFU:L healthcare facility.

I had 2 C-sections (2015 & 2018), was married, and had a family history of diabetes from my father side. I also had a mid-late aged man's drivers license in my chart. I know this because the initial MA I saw physically moved her laptop to face me, so I could see this as she thought it was "funny". 2 other MA's would also come in and out over the course of getting my vitals, manually entering my actual medical history and dismissing me from the appt. It was by far the strangest appointment I've ever had of any kind. As a health center manager, I was quite shocked at what I experienced. If you're looking for quality in the management of your health, I'd keep looking elsewhere.

She thoughtfully listens to each question and concern and actually discusses things thoroughly instead of simply having the attitude of, "I'm the doc, you're the patient, you do what I say," kind of attitude. But when my brother was diagnosed with cancer in March, I realized I needed to find a doctor to see me at least once a year for bloodwork, and so I have my records at one place instead of only going when I'm sick to wherever is most convenient at that time. I made an appointment, and even though it took several months to get in, it was definitely worth it. Kristin Bailey spent a ton of time with me, took copious notes, and ordered a special panel of labs based on my history, my concerns, and my family history. My experience today was worth the wait to get in, and worth the 30 minute drive from my house. I am taking a new B12 supplement and more of my D vitamin, based solely on what I told her. She also gave me a few samples to try, and will email me other recommendations based on what my bloodwork shows. I'm thankful to feel like I have a doctor who will hear my concerns, and I look forward to improving my health by having a better picture of what's going on overall.

I went to HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Midwest City for severe allergy symptoms that had been…read moreongoing for about a week and a half. I was dealing with heavy congestion, constant sneezing, itchy eyes, and a LOT of eye and nasal drainage. I felt miserable and wasn't getting relief. I explained that I had already tried Zyrtec and Flonase without improvement. Despite that, I was told to continue taking those and was referred to an allergy specialist. No in-office treatment was provided. The interaction with the PA also felt uncomfortable. I'm a straightforward person and communicate directly (I work in construction), but no disrespect was intended. I was told I interrupted her, even though she had paused speaking. The exchange felt tense, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated -- especially after already dealing with symptoms for so long. The next day, I went to a different clinic. That provider evaluated me further and explained I was developing an infection that was starting to move toward my lungs. I was treated with steroids and antibiotics and finally started getting relief. Office was not busy, and when someone comes in clearly worsening and not responding to standard allergy meds, I would hope for a more thorough evaluation and better communication. I left feeling discouraged and without help.
