THE OFFICE SHOULD FIRE HER, instead I got a letter stating I would no longer receive service for sticking up for myself because of the way she was talking and degrading me. Ive worked in customer service for over 10+ years, the manipulation, over-talking disgusting way she is allowed to treat customers only says more about your business and how it shouldn't be ran. Ive been a loyal respectful customer for 3 years, never having an issue with anyone else but her. I would never take my animals back to this establishment who knows how they treat them. YOUR AN EMPLOYEE YELLING AT A CUSTOMER FOR CALLING TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION... The establishment is not only losing great customers but business too. I know I'm not the only person who's had a problem with her that explains enough. Do yourself a favor do not go to this veterinary office, over priced, extremely rude and doesn't give a shit how there customers are treated. The staff is delusional.

Tallulah is almost 13 and she's been having some problems with her hips. We called them, yesterday and they took us right in. The doctor determined she has arthritis and gave us meds for her. All the people in the office are so nice and very kind to our pets. We will always take our pets and future pets to Kennebec Veterinary Services. We highly recommend them... they're the best.

I brought my pup in at 3 am because of crying most of the night. He does have a known UTI with struvite crystals and a urine pH of 9. At first she wanted to do an x ray and ultrasound to look for stones. Uhh. Ultrasound would've seen both. No need for the xray. I nicely suggested starting with the ultrasound. ANYTIME I tried at all to advocate for my pup, I got attitude and talked to as if I knew absolutely nothing. I also asked if she could prescribe something to lower the urinary pH, as that would be a double approach to help resolve the infection. She threw her hands up, claimed that my asking questions and seeking clarification was "abusive" and "she's not taking that at 3 am" It's basic infection cycle. Interrupt the cycle at as many points as you can, get quicker resolve. If you need emergent care, steer clear of this place. Go right to Portland. Like she suggested we should've. First time here, and absolutely will NEVER be back nor recommend ANYONE else. Imagine claiming someone's being abusive because they don't want to answer questions as to their thought process in the care of your animal. Absolutely insane

They sent her off, while she was struggling to breathe, and told us to go to a different hospital. She died on her way. When I call to talk to the doctor he told me they don't have the tool because it's "30,000 dollars and we don't have that money" and then went into detail on what happened to her medically.
