They sent me to a location for example to Saint Cloud to be with someone for 2 or 4 hours then drive to another location 45min. Away. They don't pay for your milage or your gas. Should change "call us first" to "call us we might help you if you live close" I needed assistance with my husbands midline IV. Called nurse on call...was told I live an hour away. I'll send someone closer in the morning. This is not our problem on call is on call. I took my husband to the hospital as I was afraid to let his line remain unusable. Simple problem or blood clot??? It was a blood clot. But she lives an hour away, wait til morning. Another nurse needs to be put in her place about boundaries. A person's home is a person's home. If nurse arrives early not time for visit means exactly that not time for visit. It doesn't mean push past the owner and enter home. And if one is coming to do a dressing then one should bring dressings not depend on family to supply items. Best day was when they refused to continue our care. Yes I was nasty to the nurse, who said I dont deserve to be treated like this....well as home owner I dont deserved to be pushed past and enter my home, when told not time for your visit. What a horrible horrible horrible company. ​
