My 2 younger daughter s were in store with me and are animal lover s so we were warned to not to touch the one dog so they didn't. My daughter was over looking at sweater s and the dog was laying under that table and lady rude to my wife and my daughter about the dog. My daughter has plenty of sense to not touch a dog when warned. Long story short won't be back and we left our stuff on counter and booked out as fast as possible.

It's set up very nicely with lots of great items everywhere in all sorts of nooks and crannies displayed on interesting wonderful items. It's also pretty big so you can take your time to walk around and see everything. It's a fun boutique all in all. My friend and I walked in and the girl behind the counter was on her phone the whole time looking down and did not look up once. Ok, that's fine we don't always need a greeting when walking into a shop. However, there are lots of delicate items and I would think you would want to check in to see if the customer has any questions or want to see any of the items that are placed inside the display cases that have to be opened. There was silence until my friend asked if one of the items were vermeil gold or gold plated. She had no idea and was a bit taken aback by the question but then got up and went behind to look at some sort of book. So we figured she must be looking it up. We walk around some more and about a good 20 mins later we come back and ask her did you find out and her response was, "what?" This time I asked the same question and she responds that she doesn't know and she was just looking up prices. We never asked about prices. It was just so weird and obviously apparent she did not care and was not the owner. All I kept thinking was only if the owner knew how she was handling their store. We did end up purchasing items because like I said earlier they have some wonderful items but the customer service, rather lack thereof was just ridiculous.

Patti is a lovely soul with such an eclectic style and big personality- I just love visiting her. I could buy her stuff online, but Patti helps me find items that looks good on me, and she makes me feel like a model! Her styling sessions are so much fun! Plus everything smells so good in the shop, and the scent lasts for days after I take my purchase home. The owner has impecable taste and won't try to up-sell you something that isn't flattering. She will take time to find you the perfect garment for your figure, and if she doesn't have it she will make it for you! She is able to accommodate any size.
