Around the 1 hour 15 minute mark, I was contacted and told they would need an additional hour, which I found surprising given there were two cleaners and the task list was minimal. When I arrived back at the house at the two-hour mark (after they said they were finished), I immediately noticed the kitchen floor didn't look clean. I asked them to go back over it, but even after that, I saw multiple areas that were missed. Corners of baseboards still had visible debris, and some baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched at all. There was pink residue left around the sink drain, the showerhead wasn't cleaned, and there was long hair left in the shower, bathrooms, and on the floors -- which isn't mine. The windows had streaks, and overall it seemed like many areas were quickly wiped down rather than cleaned thoroughly. For such a small list of tasks, I expected better attention to detail and thoroughness. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and incomplete, and I will not be booking this service again.

CCS responded to my yelp message and stated the machine in the shop. I scheduled the carpet to be cleaned on June 30 because my tenant was to move in July 1. My tenant had to delay her move-in because they came to clean my carpet without the proper equipment. CCS said the machine would not be ready until the following Tuesday, July 7, which I had to inform my tenant of the delay. I messaged as to when they would come on July 7, and they stated they were waiting to hear from the technician. At this point, I had already given my tenant $100 off her rent because of their bad business practice, therefore I said just forget it and found another great carpet cleaning company that came with the appropriate equipment and did an amazing job.
