A repeat customer because they do a great job! But unfortunately, not timely. Most recently, when I called because they were 30 minutes late and I hadn't heard anything...Leticia said it's "not a doctor's appointment...this is cleaning service...we can show up anytime after the said time..." To that response, I was like let's just cancel the service then...and she said okay and hung up. With such poor customer service, I can't justify going back. This is the third time I had issues with time and responsiveness. Last time they were two hours late. Sad since the ladies do such a good cleaning job! read more

Upon arrival, there were 4 ladies; they split up and got straight to work. The ladies did a thorough job cleaning my house. They went above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned the walls, the base boards, underneath my carpet, and even my child's high chair lol! They paid attention to detail and there was nothing undone. OMG! These ladies (3) cleaned my home today and they did a FANTASTIC job. I am so impressed. They arrived on time and cleaned from top to bottom. They even cleaned my laundry room and pantry. I wasn't expecting that. I will definitely be using them again. UPDATE: I attempted to use this cleaning service for the second time today. They were scheduled to arrive at 10 am. When they had not arrived by 11:00 I called the owner...Leticia. She said they were running late and would arrive by 12. Then she sent a text saying they would arrive by 1:00. I wonder why she didn't call me in the first place to tell me they would not arrive at 10... why did I have to call her?? There are plenty of cleaning services out there. This is the worst cleaning service ever!!! First she scheduled a time to come clean my home and never showed up!!! She did not call to inform me she was not coming. I called her to reschedule and the second time she did the same thing! 30 minutes past our appointment time she still had not come. I gave her a call and she yelled "I'm on my way." After that I cancelled with her and told her do not come since she was so rude. Save yourself time and money and boom with someone else who is more professional. read more

Honestly five stars are not enough. I found these ladies on google maps saw good reviews so I booked. First they were very prompt. I mean early. They came in assessed the apartment and went to work. I have a 2 bed 2 bath open kitchen layout apt. Every inch looks like when we first moved in. They cleaned for about 2 hours straight. They even re-arranged furniture and made it more appealing. One of my friends recommended Leticia. My only regret is not using her services sooner. Prior to cleaning she came to see my space and give me a price for service. She came a few days later to clean. She came with two others to help. They did a deep cleaning and were very thorough!! They moved furniture and any knick knacks I had on tables. I've had housekeepers in the past, and I have to say Leticia is the best. She's since been back about 4 more times and the level of services is still the same. They cleaned and dusted in areas that hadn't been touched in years. I also appreciated that they cleaned the appliances.
