    Bacon Blue Cheeseburger
    Nicole A.

Honey and Co. was such a great breakfast spot. The biscuits and gravy were incredible. The biscuit itself was huge, fluffy, and practically cloud-like, while the sausage gravy was perfectly seasoned and packed with savory flavor. The bacon blue cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and balanced so well with the blue cheese and thick strips of bacon. No sad little fast food bacon bits here. The Fall French toast had an amazing crisp to it. Personally, I felt like there was almost a little too much happening flavor-wise to fully enjoy it all together, but the warm apple slices with the cinnamon raisin bread were absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant itself is small, but it felt cozy rather than crowded. Bonus points for having lots of options for different dietary needs too. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Come on down and have something to Eat or Drink!! Staff is very pleasant and the food we've had is great!! Love the mile high biscuit, (my wife more so!!) French Toast definitely hits the crunch and sweetness I was looking for. The Owner Rob, stopped by and greated us while we were here. It's the little things that mean the most.

Daughter wanted to take me to breakfast before her shift and when we called the most popular spot in town, of course it was a 45 minute wait that we couldn't afford. Lucky for me, I'd been wanting to try this new place downtown that I'd heard of. We had no wait upon our arrival, but it was obvious that the Honey bee had spread the good news! Seats were filled with smiling faces of singles, couples, and families connecting over a good meal. We made our selections and enjoyed the vibes as we waited. The menu prices were reasonable compared to many other local restaurants, while offering unique selections and locally roasted coffee beans. Daughter order the Fall French toast sandwich; ham, cheese, and sliced apples with a side of home fries. I ordered the chicken fried steak with a side of hash browns and rye toast. We enjoyed and shared bites, notably pleased with our choices. My entree was tender and easy to cut with a fork and topped with a beautifully seasoned gravy. The french toast sandwich melded the savory sweet combination to perfection. We both had leftovers to enjoy later and agreed that our timing was impeccable, as we exited passed the growing line of patrons in wait.

What a great brunch spot! This is a cute little cafe with delicious handcrafted drinks and great specialty Benedict's. The brisket Benedict was great, as was the regular. The cafe has a homey feel, with kind servers who were attentive.

This place is crowded. So crowded that you are constantly being touched or bumped making you feel very on edge. Due to the space constraints it is not a good experience especially for kids. The food was so greasy that it made all of us sick. Service and food are slow. Will not be returning

Corned Beef Hash and fried eggs, made with shredded "hash brown" potato.

It took forever to find a place to eat out on Sunday morning but we decided here after a thorough google search. Parking was a nightmare and the waitlist was thriving at 25 minutes long, but it was Sunday so I understood. We put our name on the list and waited outside in the cold next to the heater that wasn't emitting any heat. Our name was called after twenty minutes and we were sat next to the door (not my fave) at a large table. A couple was sat at the same time as us at the other end. We both got our menus at the same time. But long story short: by the time they were done with their meal, check on the table and everything, we had finally received ours. It was very annoying given that we were sat at the exact same time. The cinnamon roll was lackluster. All of the lovely frosting that you hope for/expect was melted into a flavorless grease. The corned beef hash was a strange consistency being made with shredded hash instead of traditional cubed potato but that was their choice and it's not the best. The French toast on the kids menu did not mention that it was crusted in cornflakes and I think if it weren't for the fact that my daughter was so hungry, she wouldn't have ate them. They were what you expect: crunchy French toast bites. Our server never returned after dropping off the food, only at the end to clear plates and give the check. It was a disappointing experience and even more disappointing that we had to tip on that kind of service because we're those kind of people. Clearly he didn't deserve it. The encounter legitimately set a really grim tone for the rest of the day.

We came here for a birthday breakfast and it was a great experience! The staff was great, service was fast, and the interior is really cozy and spacious for the size of the overall restaurant. I got the chicken fried steak, and the eggs and potatoes were great. I wish the gravy and meat for the chicken fried steak were seasoned a bit more, but I definitely would come back and try some more items!

Exceptional stop today for breakfast. First of all, we think Becky is the BEST!! She explained the menu and even showed us entrees being delivered to the table next to us. Because of her help, we made great choices: Eggs Benedict and a chorizo scramble with a Waldorf pancake. Delicious!! The building is historic and the restaurant is comfortable. The only suggestion is the coffee was weak; hopefully it will be more robust when we visit again, because we will. Hopefully we will get Becky again!!

Good strong coffee. Service was prompt and friendly. Tasty and healthy food was enjoyed by all Kudos to Salem!

Biscuits and gravy. Why isn't this in a bowl?

Just nothing to rave about. Tables are tight. Half the menu is on the wall and the remaining on an actual menu. The corn beef hash was just weird. It was made with hash brown instead of chunks of potato's; making it over cooked. Biscuits and gravy needed salt. The omelette was small and had little ingredients inside.

One of the few Yelp establishments that I would give a bonus 6th star to if I could -- it was incredible. The Pop's Special was a delicious mix of eggs and protein, the Honey's Hawaiian French Toast was tasty, the breakfast potatoes were perfectly seasoned, and the pancakes were fluffy. Even the toast was delicious. It's rare to say that every single bite of a meal was top-notch, but Honey and Co delivered just that. The service was friendly and food was delivered at a fair pace from the kitchen. The interior of the restaurant feels a little small, but homey. One of the best breakfast and brunch spots I've had in a long time -- I'd recommend Honey and Co to anyone!

One meal was enough to feed me all day, and the Spanish coffee I got was mixed perfectly. Seats are extremely limited, but the service was super fast so even with a full plate you get in and out comfortably in under an hour. Other reviews mention rude service staff, but my experience was the total opposite. I wish I could've gotten her name to give her a shout-out. :) I do have to mention the lack of parking. There were still empty tables when the parking lot was already completely full. There were maybe eight parking spots altogether, but that would be my only complaint.

House made of course so it's even better than the store bought stuff in my opinion because it tastes like actual chocolate. I ordered the filet minion chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. So juicy inside and crispy but not like overly cooked crispy on the outside! Topped with a hot gooey layer of house made sausage gravy. The overall size of this steak was about as big as my face. To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!

A Cubano traditionally is pork loin cooked into submission, ham Swiss cheese mustard and pickle grilled on a plancha. I dont do pickles so I ordered mine without. What i got was a grilled cheese with pulled pork bacon and smothered in pickles and onions. This was not even close to a Cubano and should not have been billed as one! I would also like to point out that those were pickled cucumber slices not actual pickles. Since I was at a function and the line for the food truck was exceptionally long. I just brought the sandwich home. I will also say the Mac and cheese was not terrible although I would rethink the pasta that is being used. It was large a overcooked. So with all that said there was some good flavor. The wait was too long for a bad sandwich made wrong. I would not purposely look for this truck .

Honestly, his kindness and attention to detail was on par with service I would expect from a more exclusive establishment. Thanks for making our evening special. Everyone in my party opted for the soba noodle dish, except for me. While I'm sure theirs was delicious, I really enjoyed the Char Siu Tonkotsu ramen dish I ordered. The soup had a rich and flavorful broth, the noodles were done to my liking, and the slices of pork were surprisingly robust. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The dining room isn't a large space, but the restaurant has done an excellent job designing the layout so as to maximize seating options. The tables are roomy with benches along the walls, and very comfortable and sturdy chairs everywhere else. The lighting was a little bright for my liking, but that's to be expected in a strip mall retail space. Even though I can't give them any more stars in this review, if they could refine the lighting I'd find a way to do so!
