Recently, I took an expensive pair of heels to to be repaired and was shocked by the quality of the work - which appeared to have been done by a 2 year old - the work was rough, unfinished, and overall it had damaged the shoes. The owner informed me that she outsourced the show repair and there was not much she could do to resolve the situation; she offered to send the shoes back to the vendor to have them try to fix their poor workmanship. I refused fearing the shoe repair vendor would make a bad situation worse and totally destroy the shoes - as a result I was forced to pay for a totally unsatisfactory service in order to get my shoes back. The owner offered no further resolution to a long-term customer. Poor shoe repair service, poor customer service. Stay away.

To the point where I ask if I had done something wrong loading the machines I was told no so I can only guess that it was about the amount of laundry we had to do .
