I am in Boston proper. I called 18 places on Monday Morning at 10 am that all touted "same day service". I needed to drop off by noon Monday and pick up (5 items) by 11am Tuesday for a turnaround trip (landed at 9am Monday- flying out at 1pm Tuesday). NO ONE could do it...my 19th call was to Main Street Cleaners (being from Milford I knew of their service) and before I knew it I was making the 50 minute ride. They were kind, efficient, and most importantly guaranteed it be done. And when I showed up at 10:45am Tuesday- it was READY!!! And the pricing is EXTREMELY fair!!!It may seem simple to some, but on a pinch they were a saving grace and I am a customer for life! read more

There isn't a lot you need from a dry cleaner...take my clothes, return them to me ideally in better condition than I left them, don't charge me an arm and a leg. These guys are good. As with any service, look over your goods before you take them - removing a stain left a nice yellow splotch on my white pin-tucked button down. Pointed it out and they removed it - no questions asked. They've never lost anything, I trust them with my clothes, there's not much more to it than that. read more

Excellent family owned cleaners and tailors. We have been using them for over 10 years. They are accommodating, professional, friendly and excellent at their craft. Typically 2-3 day turn around on most dry cleaning but if you're in a jam they can often have what you need the next morning. Tailoring is very professional. They have even replaced broken zippers. Like the previous review theres not much to say its a dry cleaner. This place is well priced for regular an express drycleaning is expensive but so is everywhere else. The staff is very friendly I've been going for about two months every other week to drop stuff off turn around is normally 3 to 4 days for regular drycleaning. I pulled in today and before I even walked in the door my drycleaning was hung an ready for me to pay now that's customer service!! That's the main reason I'm doing this review it was so awesome that seeing my vehicle he knew it was me (he still confirmed that the dry cleaning was mine ) but still in an out very quickly and friendly service can't beat that. Good place and good prices but main problem is they lose your stuff and don't want to hold responsibility. Dropped off bunch shirts to get cleaned and once i went home true my shirt i noticed one the shirts wasn't mine and one my shirt was missing. I hold on to the shirt once i went in with my next batch i told them that wasn't my shirt and one my shirt was missing. they told me they was going to look for it and let me know. Pick up the shirt today 10/28/13 and i did asked the lady about my shirt, with out even care she told me she didn't found anything and there is nothing she could do about it. So pretty much i lost a 30 dollar shirt because they not organized and still paying full price for all my cleaning. Never will use the again i will go some place else who is more responsible with people items. read more
